རང་མདངས་ཁ་སྦྱོར་ཡན་ལག་བདུན་གྱི་དངོས། །རྣམ་པ་ཀུན་གྱི་མཆོག་ལྡན་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །སྐུ་གསུམ་དབྱེར་མེད་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་རྩེ་གཅིག་གསོལ་བཏབ་རྟེན་འབྱུང་དང་། །འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་ཀ་རའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །ཇི་སྐད་སྨོན་པའི་དོན་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ཀུན། །གེགས་མེད་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཅེས་འཛམ་བུའི་ལྗོན་པས་མཚན་པའི་ལྗོངས་འདིར་སྟོན་པ་གཉིས་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་གྲགས་ཤིང་། ས་གསུམ་ན་འགྲན་ཟླ་བྲལ་བ་དུས་གསུམ་མཁྱེན་པ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཆེན་པོས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ཞིང་སྨིན་གྲོལ་གྱི་སྒོ་འཕར་ཕྱེ་བས་གྲུབ་པའི་ས་ལ་གཤེགས་པར་མཛད་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྗེ་འབངས་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ་ལ་རྣམ་ཐར་དང་མཐུན་པར་རྟོགས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ཕན་བདེའི་ནོར་བུའི་དོ་ཤལ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི། གཞོན་ནུ་ཨ་བྷཱ་ཡས་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་དད་པས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་རང་ལ་བཅོ་ལྔ་པར་བཀོད་པ་ཛ་ཡནྟུ།། ཨོ་རྒྱན་རྗེ་འབངས་ཉེར་ལྔ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པའི་ཚུལ་ཕན་བདེའི་ནོར་བུའི་དོ་ཤལ།

自性光明显现七支之实相， 具足一切相之殊胜黑汝嘎， 愿获三身无别之果位。 如是专一祈请缘起力， 以及无死莲花生之加持， 如是所愿一切诸义皆， 无碍迅速成就愿吉祥。 如是，在此以赡部洲树木为名的国土，被普遍称作第二佛陀，于三界无与伦比，被三世知者邬金大师摄受，开启成熟解脱之门，使之步入成就之地的瑜伽自在者，对二十五君臣以与传记相符的方式，讲述证悟的祈请文，名为《利益安乐之宝鬘》。此乃由青年阿巴亚以不退转之信心连接，于自身十五岁时所著。愿增吉祥！ 邬金君臣二十五尊祈请文：利益安乐之宝鬘。

The reality of the seven branches of self-luminous union, Glorious Heruka, possessing all aspects, May I attain the state of indivisibility of the three bodies. Thus, with one-pointed devotion, I pray with the power of interdependence, And through the blessings of immortal Padmakara, May all the meanings of my prayers, Be accomplished swiftly and without obstacles, may there be auspiciousness. Thus, in this realm named after the Jambudvipa tree, universally known as the second Buddha, unparalleled in the three realms, taken care of by the all-knowing Orgyen, who opened the gates of ripening and liberation, the yogi who made them step onto the ground of accomplishment, this supplication that speaks of the realization of the twenty-five lords and subjects in accordance with their biographies, called "The Garland of Jewels of Benefit and Happiness," was composed by the youth Abhaya, connected with unwavering faith, at the age of fifteen.
