Named "Lachangba." And "Wisdom body, that is, self-born." And "Omniscient wisdom sea." And "Self-knowing, other-knowing, all-knowing." And so on. As it is said in the sutra: "Mind is not mind, the nature of mind is luminosity." As it is said, the nature of mind is luminosity, the ultimate wisdom mind is not extinguished. If there is no wisdom, there will be no perfect realization, and thus there will be no perfect abandonment. Therefore, since it possesses all kinds of wisdom, teaching the Dharma for the benefit of others will also not be established. As it is said in the sutra: "Without attaining all-knowingness, one cannot turn the wheel of Dharma." And "If there is no wisdom, there is no increase of merit, no Bodhi. The Buddha Dharma like the ocean will also not be established." And so on. Although it exists, in order to eliminate errors, some say that the five aggregates are the five Buddhas, so is this body of sentient beings the incarnation of the Buddha? As it is said, it refers to the Dharmadhatu of pure nature and without obscurations, not to the temporary contaminated dharmas. In the Immaculate Light it says: "Here, the ignorant say that the body of sentient beings is the incarnation of the Buddha. What is said, if examined in detail, is unreasonable, and is not what the Tathagata said." And "The rotten body cannot be said to be the body of a deity, because it has no essence." And so on. Again, some say that the Dharmakaya is emptiness, so nothing is established, and the real Buddha is only the Rupakaya. For the Buddha, it is also necessary to understand the distinction between the two truths, therefore, for the sake of perfect and ultimate benefit to others, it is the Buddha of the conventional Rupakaya, but not the Buddha of the ultimate unconditioned self-born wisdom body. In the Immaculate Light it says: "Here, some say that the Bhagavan's accomplishment of the Rupakaya will not be mistaken, this is what ignorant children say, it is not so.

This is not true, because it is of the nature of arising and ceasing. As it is said, "After passing away with the form body, benefiting all sentient beings cannot be done even by many kalpas." Therefore, the ultimate Buddha is only the Dharmakaya. As the Great Cloud Sutra says, "The Blessed One Buddha is the Dharmakaya, the Tathagata is the Dharmadhatu, the body of the Blessed One is like that, and the Dharma taught is also the same." And as the Great Drum Sutra says, "All the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who have completely passed away, are permanent, stable, peaceful, and eternal." And so on. Some people also think that merely realizing that the objects of grasping and grasper are empty of their own nature is the realization of the Dharmakaya, but this idea is not reasonable. As the Dharmadhatu Praise says, "The six sense bases are completely pure, this is its characteristic." As it is said, in order to realize the Dharmakaya, these illusory appearances must cease. Some also think that all the various things that appear as external objects are determined to be internal mind, and understanding that this conceptual thought itself is self-empty is the realization of the Dharmakaya. This view is also unreasonable. As the Tantra says, "Abandon all conceptual thoughts, the realm of non-conceptualization is inexhaustible." And "Conceptual thought is great ignorance, it is the cause of falling into the ocean of samsara. If you abide in non-conceptual samadhi, you will become like the sky, without stain." And in the Praise of the Vajra of Mind it is also said, "Samsara is merely conceptual thought, non-conceptualization is liberation." And so on, in order to obtain the non-conceptual wisdom Dharmakaya, all the distinctions of conceptual thought must cease. Therefore, in order to abandon all the parts of illusion, in order to obtain the conventional form body, one should strive to benefit sentient beings with the accumulation of merit; in order to obtain the ultimate Dharmakaya, one should strive to cultivate the accumulation of wisdom of non-conceptual samadhi. As the Precious Garland says, "The form bodies of the Buddhas are truly born from the accumulation of merit, the Dharmakaya in brief

From the gathering of wisdom, a king is born. Therefore, these two gatherings are the cause for attaining Buddhahood. Thus, in short, always rely on merit and wisdom. It is said that in order to attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment, one should diligently engage in the accumulation of merit and wisdom. Although it has been explained briefly in this way, how could the limits of the Dharma ever be exhausted? From a great reservoir of water, if one were to take a single drop of water with the tip of a hair, would it be exhausted? Although it is like that, even by knowing just this much, one will attain a state of unerringly knowing what to accept and reject. Whatever merit is obtained from this, may it be dedicated to all beings attaining enlightenment. This treatise, called "Clarifying the Four Noble Truths of Accumulation," is now completed well for the time being. This was composed by the all-knowing Dharma Lord, the one endowed with the four reliances, at the urging of the great Abbot Dharma Banner Glorious and Excellent, and the great Abbot Intelligence Banner Glorious and Excellent, the two brothers. Mangalam! May virtue and excellence increase!
