洁白四十齿，手掌心中生出洁白莲花。 脚背上有海龟，脚底有法轮的标志。 手指间有网相连，我向您顶礼。 佛陀的光芒照亮百千佛土， 具有无与伦比的恩泽的薄伽梵。 具有如大象、天鹅、孔雀、狮子的姿态， 毛发尖端向右旋绕，我向您顶礼。 薄伽梵您面向何处行走， 大地和须弥山全部六次震动。 您的声音如梵天之音，如迦陵频伽鸟的鸣叫， 向超越轮回之处行进，我向您顶礼。 王子您具有狮子的吼声， 使恶劣的狐狸之众全部惊恐。 以慈悲和方便将众生引入佛法， 众生的导师，我向您顶礼。 佛陀您是药王， 能使无明的毒三海干涸。 使众生无病安乐， 令众生极度欢喜，我向您顶礼。 被三百六十种疾病侵袭， 成千上万的众生哀嚎哭泣时， 您以慈悲的眼神注视着众生， 我向无上的药王顶礼。 仅仅是对无与伦比的您生起一丝信心， 就能成为四大部洲的统治者，转轮圣王之尊。 以及梵天、帝释天、人王国王， 和兜率天、他化自在天的统治者。 仅仅是对王子您供养一丝， 就能拥有众多珍宝的宝库和如意宝， 享用不尽的财富和权力增长。 获得福德的海洋，长寿和菩提。 见到就欢喜，具有无上慈悲的您， 赞颂您功德的赞歌， 在十方百千佛土中传扬， 与善逝及其眷属的言语恒常宣说。 我们听闻佛陀的教言，凭借福德， 获得五种神通，神变自在于虚空。 我等成为与勇士善逝同等， 为众生开示无垢的佛法。 天、龙、人与夜叉、罗刹、饿鬼等， 向一切众生降下佛法的甘霖。 圆满一切功德，二资粮修持圆满后， 以清净的善行所积聚的广大功德， 愿一切众生迅速获得佛果。 此后，菩萨月慧前往木匠村，并在所有足迹处散布巴拉夏嘎花。

With forty white teeth, white lotuses grow in both palms. With a turtle on the instep and the mark of a wheel on the sole. With webbed fingers, I prostrate to you. The light of the Victor illuminates hundreds of fields, Bhagavan, with unparalleled grace. With the gait of an elephant, swan, peacock, and lion, The tip of the hair curls to the right, I prostrate to you. Bhagavan, wherever you look and go, The earth and Mount Meru all shake six times. Your voice is like the sound of Brahma, like the call of the Kalaviṅka bird, Proceeding beyond samsara, I prostrate to you. Prince, you possess the roar of a lion, Causing all the evil jackal hordes to tremble. With compassion and skillful means, you introduce beings to the Dharma, Guide of beings, I prostrate to you. Victor, you are the king of medicine, Drying up the ocean of the three poisons of ignorance. Bringing beings to health and happiness, Making them supremely joyful, I prostrate to you. Afflicted by three hundred and sixty types of diseases, When thousands of beings lament and cry out, You gaze upon beings with compassionate eyes, I prostrate to the supreme king of medicine. By even a fraction of faith in you, the incomparable one, One becomes the lord of the four continents, the supreme Chakravartin. And Brahma, Indra, the human king, And the lords of Tushita and Paranirmita-vasavartin. By even a fraction of offering to you, Prince, One's wealth of abundant jewels, treasure troves, and wish-fulfilling gems increases, Limitless enjoyment, prosperity, and power grow. One obtains an ocean of merit, long life, and enlightenment. Joyful to see, possessing supreme compassion, The garland of praise for your qualities, Is renowned in hundreds of fields in the ten directions, Constantly proclaiming the speech of the Sugata and his sons. By the merit of hearing the Victor's words, May we possess the five clairvoyances, and our magical powers abide in the sky. May I become equal to the hero Sugata, And clearly explain the stainless Dharma to beings. Gods, nagas, humans, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, By raining down the rain of Dharma upon all beings, Having perfected all qualities, and completed the two accumulations, By whatever vast virtue of pure white deeds we have accomplished, May all beings quickly attain Buddhahood. Then, the Bodhisattva Chandraprabha went to the village of the woodworkers and scattered Parashaka flowers on all the footprints.

礼敬。 于是前往如来狮子幢所在之处。如来开示说：种姓之子，你疲劳了吗？中断了吗？辛苦了吗？安乐地住吧！这样说完后，菩萨向佛陀多次顶礼和绕行，然后在一旁坐下。之后菩萨宝心请示道：世尊，月慧使众多有情从疾病中解脱，真是太稀奇了！世尊，这位菩萨月慧在未来的时代将如何显现成佛呢？如来开示说：宝心，具寿，这位月慧在未来的末期，在荆棘丛生的国度，在寿命百岁之时，在释迦牟尼佛的教法中，将成为名为离车族童子见喜的菩萨。最终，在极大地取悦诸佛之后，将显现证悟为如来、阿罗汉、正等觉、智慧生处佛。舍利子，菩萨月慧的伟大功德已经广为宣说。宣说之后，成千上万的有情不再退转。有些人获得了对不生之法的忍耐。舍利子，我的声闻弟子中的佼佼者，离车族童子，一切世间所喜见的这位，要知道他的福德就是如此。要殷勤地信奉和恭敬。这位与我的一半相似。在未来的时代，在卡约里，他将持有我的名号。将以大乘引导众多众生。说完这些。月慧转世品第二十三（终）。 第二十四，第二十三，月慧转世品。

Homage. Then he went to where the Tathagata Lion Banner was. The Tathagata said, "Son of good family, are you tired? Have you been interrupted? Are you weary? Stay in peace!" After saying this, the Bodhisattva prostrated and circumambulated the Buddha many times, and then sat down on one side. Then the Bodhisattva Jewel Heart asked, "Bhagavan, it is wonderful that Moon Wisdom has liberated so many sentient beings from disease! Bhagavan, how will this Bodhisattva Moon Wisdom manifest as a Buddha in the future?" The Tathagata said, "Jewel Heart, long-lived one, this Moon Wisdom, in the last of the future times, in a country full of thorns, when life expectancy is a hundred years, in the teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni, will become a Bodhisattva named Licchavi Youth Delightful to See. In the end, after greatly pleasing the Buddhas, he will manifest and awaken as the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, the Buddha called Source of Wisdom. Shariputra, the great qualities of Bodhisattva Moon Wisdom have been extensively taught. After teaching, thousands upon thousands of sentient beings became non-returning. Some attained tolerance of the unborn dharma. Shariputra, the best of my Shravaka disciples, the Licchavi youth, this one who is delightful to see by all the world, know that his merit is such. Be diligent in faith and respect. This one is like half of me. In the future time, in Kayori, he will hold my name. He will lead many beings with the Mahayana." Thus he spoke.
