ཐའ་ནས་མཐའ་རུ་འགྱུར༔ ཟབ་མོའི་གཏེར་ཁ་བཅུ་གསུམ་ནི༔ ས་སྤྱོད་དེ་ཡི་རྒྱུད་ན་སྦས༔ མ་འོངས་བསྟན་པའི་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཏུ༔ པདྨའི་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་འགའ་ཡིས་འདོན༔ གནས་སྲུང་གཏེར་བདག་འོད་འཕྲོ་རྩལ༔ སྐུ་ལྷ་ར་ཁང་གཡུང་དྲུང་དཔལ༔ བཀའ་ཡི་ཐ་ཚིག་མནོས་པས་སོ༔ བསྟན་པའི་སྲུང་མས་འཚོས་ཤིག་རྒྱ༔ ཞེས་འདི་ཡང་ཉམས་སྣང་དུ་ཤར་ཀྱང་དགོས་པ་ཆུང་བསམ་ནས་མ་ཕབ་ཅིང་མཐར་ལས་ལྡན་པདྨ་ཤ་ས་ན་དྷ་རས་བསྐུལ་ངོར་གཏེར་མིང་ཅུང་ཟད་འཆང་བའི་མུ་ཏོ་བ་ས་ར་ཧི་ཏས་སུག་བྲིས་བགྱིས་པ་ཡོངས་ལ་ཕན་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག་གུ༔ སྐུ་ལྷ་ར་ཁང་གི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞིན་མཛེས་རྒྱས་པའི་ལང་ཚོའི་འགྱུར་བག་དཔའ་མོའི་སྒེག་གླུ།

从此至彼转变，甚深伏藏十三处，藏于此地行者之相续中，未来为利佛教事业故，莲师之化身若干将取出，护处伏藏主光芒力，身神拉康雍仲巴（雍仲宫殿），因领受教言之誓词故，愿佛教护法滋养之！此亦于体验中显现，然思无甚必要故未书写，最终应具缘莲花夏萨纳达拉之劝请，略持伏藏名之木托瓦萨拉嘿达以手书写，愿成利益一切之因！ 如身神拉康之祈请略集般，美妙盛开之青春姿态，勇母之娇歌。

From this to that, may it transform! The thirteen profound treasures are hidden in the continuum of this earth practitioner. In the future, for the sake of serving the teachings, some emanations of Padmasambhava will extract them. The place-protecting treasure lord, radiant power, the body deity Lhakhang Yungdrung Pal (Yungdrung Palace), because of receiving the oath of the command, may the protectors of the teachings nourish it! This also arose in experience, but thinking it was not very necessary, I did not write it down. Finally, at the urging of the fortunate Padma Shasana Dhara, Mutowa Sarahaheda, who holds a little of the treasure name, wrote it by hand. May it become a cause for benefiting all! Like the condensed prayer of the body deity Lhakhang, the beautiful and flourishing youthful demeanor, the charming song of the Dakini.
