哇！在没有桥梁的地方建立桥梁！在没有阶梯的岩石上设置阶梯！请做我们的庇护和朋友！请做我们的支持和后盾！请做包括人、财物、食物、衣服、土地、房屋在内一切的守护者！ ཀྱཻ༔ 瞻洲（南赡部洲）大雄狮格萨尔国王！以及父母、姐妹、神、龙、念三者！还有勇士等神灵和傲慢的众生！全部眷属都供养、礼拜和赞颂！对于我们这些有仇恨的敌人、盗贼、强盗等！祈请将他们变成连灰尘微粒的名字都不剩！愿一切所想如意成就，吉祥圆满！愿瑜伽士所托付的愿望之果得以实现！ ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ （萨玛雅，梵文：समय，samaya，誓言） 将朵玛（食子）供养于去处，或者在桑（焚香）中焚烧！不要给予狗和乞丐等！不要诽谤地方神和强大的傲慢者、统治者、英雄、战神，以及给予此教令的老师等！如果尽力进行供养和修行等，就会出现明显的征兆！这是圣尊女的伏藏目录！非常深奥！

Be the guardian of everything, including people, wealth, food, clothing, land, houses! Kye! Great Lion King Gesar of Jambudvipa! And parents, sisters, gods, nagas, and the three Nyen! Also, warriors and other gods and arrogant beings! Offer, worship, and praise all retinues! For us, those with hateful enemies, thieves, robbers, etc.! Please make them so that not even the name of a dust particle remains! May all wishes be fulfilled as desired, and may auspiciousness be fully manifested! May the fruit of the yogi's entrusted wishes be realized! SAMAYA! Offer the Torma (food offering) to the place where it is going, or burn it in the Sang (incense)! Do not give it to dogs and beggars, etc.! Do not slander the local deities and powerful arrogant ones, rulers, heroes, war gods, and the teachers who give this command! If you do your best to make offerings and practice, obvious signs will appear! This is the treasure catalog of the Holy Lady! Very profound!
