骨头内里中降伏，血肉骨骼皮肤上降伏，命魂寿命上降伏。 三十四个字母中，敌人名为某某等，凡是知道的诅咒都宣告。 如此则出现征兆和预兆。 杀咒与朵玛一同念诵。 某某 卡嘿 卡嘿，萨ra 吼ra德 遍， 宗宗， 损害者 邪魔 玛ra亚 降伏 降伏。 此降伏咒也如上念诵。 然后拿起箭朵玛， 吽 班匝， 具缘种姓之子你，事业之箭朵玛利器交付于你，护法之兵器降伏邪魔，天铁霹雳之热力放射，击打此弓则诸神魔降伏，射出此箭则摧毁邪魔，于衰败之心玛ra亚，祈愿无碍成就事业。 以呼唤咒和杀咒击打。 然后拿起兵器朵玛， 吽 班匝， 具缘种姓之子你，交付于你事业之兵器朵玛，大仙之手之部分，邪魔寿命之剃刀，愤怒小兵器持械如星罗布，斩断邪魔五蕴之根，祈愿无碍成就事业。 念诵呼唤、降伏、杀三者之猛咒。 然后拿起猛烈火焰之朵玛， 吽 班匝， 具缘种姓之子你，交付于你事业之火焰朵玛，从仙人身中放射之火焰，红黑极其恐怖喧嚣之境，八曜星辰如箭般射出，衰败之敌人变哑巴，以呼噜吞猛烈降伏而杀，以火焰燃烧之余烬焚烧，祈愿摧毁敌方、破法者。 以呼唤、降伏、杀之咒击打。 如此甚深朵玛灌顶，传授于具缘者。 然后是确定意义之灌顶，观想您如仙人烟黑色光芒照耀般，于其心间，秘密之主身着蓝色衣，一面二手抛掷姿势骨饰者，其心间，本体上师形象乌金莲师之身，于其心间明点深蓝色中，命字 （藏文ཀྵ，梵文天城体क्ष，梵文罗马拟音kṣa，汉语字面意思为地） 火焰烟云弥漫之ཀྵ，眼中蓝色阿字光芒之自性者，将心专注于此，观想能所不二，三根本自性，获得驾驭仙人傲慢之命的加持。 最后是意义之灌顶。 萨玛雅， 依仗仙人之誓言。

Subdue within the bones, subdue on flesh, bones, and skin, subdue on life force and lifespan. Among the thirty-four letters, declare whatever curses you know, such as the enemy named so-and-so. By that, signs and omens will appear. Recite the killing mantra together with the torma. So-and-so Khahe Khahe, Sara Hora De Pher, Zon Zon, Harmful enemy Mara Ya subdue subdue. Recite this subduing mantra as before. Then, holding the arrow torma, Hūṃ Bhyo Ja, son of fortunate lineage, to you is entrusted the arrow torma weapon of action. The guardian's weapon subdues enemies and obstructors, the heat of the sky iron thunderbolt radiates. Striking this bow gathers gods and demons, shooting this arrow destroys enemies and obstructors. To the failing heart, Mara Ya, may the activity be accomplished without hindrance. Strike with the invocation mantra and the killing mantra. Then, holding the weapon torma, Hūṃ Bhyo Ja, son of fortunate lineage, by entrusting this weapon torma of action to you, a part of the great sage's hand, the razor of the enemy's life, small wrathful weapon holders gather like stars, cut off the root of the enemy's five aggregates, may the activity be accomplished without hindrance. Recite the fierce mantra of invocation, subjugation, and killing. Then, holding the torma of fierce fire, Hūṃ Bhyo Ja, son of fortunate lineage, to you is entrusted this fire torma of action, the fire radiating from the sage's body, a realm of red and black, extremely terrifying and clamorous, the eight planets and stars shoot like arrows, the failing enemy becomes dumb, kill with the fierce subjugation of Huru Tum, burn with the embers of the blazing fire, may you destroy the enemy's realm and those who destroy the teachings. Strike with the mantra of invocation, subjugation, and killing. Such a profound torma empowerment, may it be bestowed upon the fortunate one. Then, the empowerment of definite meaning, visualize yourself as the sage, dark smoky light radiating, in his heart, the lord of secrets, wearing blue clothes, one face, two hands in a throwing posture, adorned with bone ornaments. In his heart, the essence is the lama, the form is the body of Orgyen Padma, in the center of the dark blue heart drop, the life syllable （藏文ཀྵ，梵文天城体क्ष，梵文罗马拟音kṣa，汉语字面意思为地） fire, smoke, and clouds gathering, the eye of ཀྵ, the nature of blue A light, fix the mind on this, visualize the non-duality of appearance and mind, the nature of the three roots, and gain the power to control the life of the arrogant sage.
