供养圣母众会空行海，供养具誓护法守护众，无可供养，于无生界中供养，无可合和，于大双运中合和，无可度脱，于平等性界中度脱，以本初合和本初度脱，供养诸誓言。 如是供养誓言之加持，祈愿我之毁犯罪障皆得清净，病魔障碍违缘悉平息，寿命权势受用福德皆增长，三界有三一切皆摄于掌控，损恼之怨敌魔障部多皆粉碎。 总而言之，心中无论如何希求之义，无需勤作任运成就，迅速获得金刚持之果位，成为等虚空众生之怙主。 如是说诵，忏悔三律仪之毁犯，念诵无漏甘露之沐浴瓶和百字明。 以古籍为基础，由果智（Mgo sprul）增补，愿成善妙！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文，Sarva Mangalam，一切吉祥）！ 果智（Mgo sprul）所造之金刚手忿怒尊心髓成就之供养。

I propitiate the assembly of mothers, the ocean of dakinis. I propitiate the oath-bound protectors and guardians. There is nothing to propitiate, so I propitiate in the unborn realm. There is nothing to unite, so I unite in the great union. There is nothing to liberate, so I liberate in the realm of equality. With the great primordial union and primordial liberation, I propitiate the vows. Through the blessings of propitiating the vows in this way, may all my impairments and transgressions be purified. May sickness, evil spirits, obstacles, and adverse conditions be pacified. May life, power, enjoyment, and merit increase. May all three realms and three existences be brought under control. May harmful enemies, obstructors, and elementals be pulverized. In short, whatever meaning is desired in the mind, may it be spontaneously accomplished without effort. And having quickly attained the state of Vajradhara, may I become the protector of beings equal to space. Having spoken thus, I confess the impairments of the three vows, and recite the vase of immaculate nectar and the hundred-syllable mantra.
