点燃火焰！驱散无明黑暗的浓厚阴霾！在鼠穴般的净室，青翠的吉祥草上！瞻仰那水晶宝珠！在善妙如意檀香树丛中！芬芳的红花上，蜜蜂群集！如是说。从胜妙正法大乐道之具缘授记中说：我的法之主是！具缘士夫边地种姓！传承圣者从下部出！心髓护法作伴侣！如是说。持明秘密咒师的文殊幻化网智慧心髓授记中说：多康下部龙王之！转世末裔大汉种！智慧广大具菩提心！持有业之族相者出！如是，从自他诸多伏藏授记中显明的，应时之伏藏师，至尊龙智洲尊者的意藏虚空藏之法类中，所出的长寿成就无死赐乐，加持的暖意未消，成就的雨流未衰，传承未入杂质的甚深口诀，以此之门灌顶，作为导师的事业，如诸位上师的仪轨所行持的那样，先前已经完成。现在作为你们这些弟子的本分，在与上师和坛城主尊无别的面前，为了求取成熟解脱甚深长寿灌顶的供养，敬献曼扎。 嗡，如是敬献曼扎等。如是，长寿成就无死赐乐的历史或略说法，如我等闻思浅薄者之依凭，此粗略之作，由持明龙智洲和邬金大师无别摄受的霍尔班贤遍善，如是远离二规事业的达汝扎所说，三时吉祥！

Ignite the flame! Dispel the thick darkness of ignorance! In the mouse-hole-like pure chamber, on the green kusha grass! Behold that crystal jewel! In the grove of auspicious wish-fulfilling sandalwood trees! On the fragrant red flowers, bees gather! Thus it is said. From the prophecy of the fortunate one of the supreme path of great bliss, it is said: The master of my Dharma is! A fortunate person of the borderland lineage! The holy lineage holder will come from the lower part! The heart essence protectors will be companions! Thus it is said. From the prophecy of the Wisdom Essence of the Manjushri Magical Net of the Vidyadhara Secret Mantra Lingpa, it is said: From the lower part of Do Kham, the Naga King's! Last rebirth, the lineage of Maha Cina! Great wisdom and endowed with Bodhicitta! One who holds the signs of the Karma lineage will come! Thus, as revealed from many self and other terma prophecies, the tertön of the time, the supreme Lungrik Lingpa Tsal, from the Dharma class of the Mind Treasure Sky Treasury, which is the longevity accomplishment, the deathless giver of bliss, the warmth of blessings has not faded, the rain of siddhis has not diminished, the profound instructions of the lineage have not been mixed, through this door of empowerment, as the activity of the teacher, as the practice of the holy lamas, has already been completed. Now, as the share of you disciples, in the presence of the guru and the main deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, as an offering for requesting the profound longevity empowerment of maturation and liberation, offer the mandala. Om, thus offer the mandala, etc. Thus, the history or brief explanation of the longevity accomplishment, the deathless giver of bliss, as a support for the minds of those like me who are of little learning, this rough composition, spoken by Horban Khyenpen Zangpo, who is inseparable from the Vidyadhara Lungrik Lingpa and the Great Orgyen, who is devoid of the activities of the two systems, may it be auspicious in the three times!
