From the palaces of the gods in the three realms of Kham, may all the deities of the peaceful and wrathful ones, bestow blessings upon this practice place and its objects, and grant the four empowerments to all vidyadhara yogis. From the twenty-four sacred sites and the twenty-eight lands, may the heroes and heroines residing there, along with their retinues, bestow blessings upon this practice place and its objects, and grant the four empowerments to all vidyadhara yogis. Guru Dewa Dakini Aweshaya Phem Phem. From the pure realm of Akanishta, in the vast expanse of the dharmadhatu, may the infinite ocean of deities of the Three Roots, bestow blessings upon this practice place and its objects, and grant the four empowerments to all vidyadhara yogis. Guru Dewa Dakini Aweshaya Phem Phem. From the palaces of strict command and samaya, may Mahakala, the protectors, and the eight classes of spirits, along with their retinues, bestow blessings upon this practice place and its objects, and grant the four empowerments to all vidyadhara yogis. Guru Dewa Dakini Aweshaya Phem Phem. Bestow the great blessing of the unchanging body upon the body, bestow the great blessing of the unimpeded speech upon the speech, bestow the great blessing of the unmoving dharmakaya upon the mind, and transform this place and its objects into a pure land of deities. Ala la Ho! Aweshaya Phem Phem Dza Dza! This cloud-like music of blessings, is able to transform ordinary appearances and attachments, and accomplish the peace of pure deities. It is able to stir up experiences and realizations. The blessing of the bestowal of blessings is immense. It arises from the symbolic language of the wisdom of dharmadhatu. It is a dharma fortune endowed with enjoyment. Secret to those with wrong views! Entrust it to all fortunate ones! Guhya! This, although it arose from the symbolic language of the wisdom dakini, was kept in a state of indifference, but finally, when the time came, at the urging of the faithful and devoted disciple, the noble Tsogyal, it was effortlessly revealed from the box of self-arisen awareness.
