关于海神之主的广法，此尊之甚深意义，虽早已降临于意念之境，然曾被无用地搁置。后来，时机成熟之际，以吉祥缘起相连，在米娘（Minyak，藏区地名）教法的施主，种姓、财富丰厚的克若沃家族的招财修法之时开始，从自生智慧之藏中，空行母之符号无碍书写，从噶托（Kathok，地名）至施主索南图托（Sonam Thutop）的愿望处，以金刚弟子的功德而显赫的金刚功德，以及噶托智者成就者二者的法缘，献给星曜胜者之人，乃是化身根潘桑波（Shenpen Zangpo）也。吉祥！善哉！ 圣者之修法，福德大聚。

Regarding the extensive method of the Lord of the Ocean God, the profound meaning of this deity, although it had already descended into the realm of thought, it was left unused. Later, when the time was ripe, connected by auspicious circumstances, starting from the time of the wealth-attracting practice of the Krowo family, patrons of the Minyak (a place in Tibet) Dharma, rich in lineage and wealth, from the treasury of self-arisen wisdom, the signs of the Dakinis were written unhindered, from Kathok (a place name) to the place of the wishes of the patron Sonam Thutop, the Vajra Qualities, prominent through the merits of the Vajra disciple, and the Dharma portion of the two Kathok wise and accomplished ones, offered to the Star Victor, was Tulku Shenpen Zangpo.
