I prostrate to all the assemblies of Bodhisattvas, with the sixteen great Bodhisattvas such as Salva as the main ones! I offer and take refuge! With a golden body and the mudra of granting refuge, Eight aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations, Unconquerable by others, becoming the glory of the pure land, I prostrate to the auspicious one with a good name and widely proclaimed! I pray to you, Protector, by the power of my prostration and prayer, Guide the deceased to the blissful realm. With a yellow body and the mudra of supreme giving, Eight aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations, Becoming the glory of the land endowed with jewels, I prostrate to the feet of the Jewel Moon! I pray to you, Protector, by the power of my prostration and prayer, Guide the deceased to the blissful realm. Like Jambudvipa gold, with the mudra of teaching the Dharma, Four aspirations fulfilled, adorned with the glory of the two accumulations, Completely filled with incense, becoming the glory of the pure land, I prostrate to the stainless golden light!
