成为物质！ 玛哈萨瓦普扎 霍！ 违背誓言的罪过，为了成就悉地如此忏悔。 吽 舍！ 上师、堪布、佛、菩萨，于一切皈依境前，承诺誓言和戒律。 因无明烦恼所致的一切过错，不隐瞒，以后悔之心坦白忏悔。 请于此时赐予清净至上的悉地！ 念诵七遍或二十一遍百字明。 依照上、中、下三种根器的方式忏悔。 之后是正行生起次第： ཨཱ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 阿！ 刹那忆念圆满自性。等等。

Become substance! Maha Sarva Puja Ho! All the faults of breaking the vows, I confess in this way for accomplishing the siddhi. Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Lama, Khenpo, Buddha, Bodhisattva, Before all refuges, I promise vows and precepts. All the faults caused by ignorance and afflictions, I do not hide, I confess with a regretful heart. Please grant the pure and supreme siddhi at this time! Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra seven or twenty-one times. Confess according to the ways of the superior, intermediate, and inferior faculties. Then, the main practice is the generation stage: Āḥ! Instantaneous recollection, complete self-awareness. Etc.
