Those inferior beings will be destroyed. Actions and their fruits, as well as the cycle of beings, are truly explained. Their nature is fully understood, and the unborn is also shown. 1-802 Due to necessary reasons, the Buddhas say: 'I' and 'mine'. Similarly, due to necessary reasons, the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas are also explained. Explaining the great elements, etc., is also fully contained within consciousness. If liberation comes from understanding these, isn't that wrong discrimination? Nirvana, which the Buddhas speak of, is the only truth. At that time, who would think that the rest is not wrong? As long as the mind is still wavering, that is the realm of Mara. If that is so, then why shouldn't this be without fault? Because the Buddhas say that the world is conditioned by ignorance. Therefore, why shouldn't this be considered that the world is discrimination? When ignorance ceases, what will cease? How can the discrimination that arises from not knowing not be clear? Whatever arises with causes and conditions, cannot exist without conditions. Because it will also perish without conditions, how can one think that it exists? If those who say it exists, and cling to the supreme reality of things, That is abiding on the wrong path, there is nothing strange about that. Those who rely on the Buddha's path and say that everything is impermanent, But because of arguing, they cling to the supreme reality of things, 1-803 They slander the state of abiding. If 'this is the path' cannot be found anywhere after analysis, Then, which wise person would say 'this argument is true'? Those who, without relying on anything, cling to self or the world, Alas, they are robbed by views such as permanence and impermanence. Those who want to establish things themselves by relying on things, They will also have faults such as reasoning. How can these not happen? Those who rely on things, thinking that things are like the moon in the water, Neither real nor false, those people will not be robbed by wrong views. If one admits that there is a real entity, then greed and hatred will arise, As well as hateful and fierce views, and actions arising from these views will occur. This is the root of all views. Without it, afflictions will not arise. Therefore, if one fully understands it, one can abandon views and afflictions. If one admits that there is a real entity, someone might think: 'Who can understand it?' Those who see dependent arising, because dependent arising does not arise. Therefore, the Supreme One said that this is wisdom. Wrong knowledge --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

O, Subduer! For things that are not true, clinging to truth and falsehood, will cause the order of grasping and disputes to arise. Those who possess great self-nature have no partiality and no disputes. For those who have no partiality, where would the other side be? Having found any place whatsoever, if the mind is seized by the cunning of the affliction serpent, it will be bound. Those whose minds have no place will not be seized. For those who possess a mind with a place, how could the great poison of affliction not affect them? (Even if one dwells in the intermediate state,) one will be seized by the affliction serpent. Children, understanding things to be true, are attached to reflections. Thus, the world, being deluded, becomes attached to the trap of objects. Those with great self-nature, seeing things as reflections with the eye of wisdom, do not become attached to the swamp called 'objects'. Children are attached to form, those in the intermediate state become detached. Those with supreme intelligence who know the nature of form are completely liberated. Attachment arises from the thought of suffering; the opposite leads to detachment from desire. Seeing beings as illusory, one transcends sorrow. Whatever afflictions of manifest suffering arise from wrong knowledge, and the conceptualizations of existence and non-existence, do not arise for those who understand the meaning. If there is a place, there will be attachment and detachment from attachment. Those great beings without a place are neither attached nor detached. 1-805 Those who think they dwell in solitude, but whose minds are not still, even if disturbed by the serpent of afflictions, will cross the endless ocean of existence. By this virtue, may all beings accumulate the collections of merit and wisdom, and may they attain the two supreme states that arise from merit and wisdom! Thus completes the 'Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning', composed by the venerable master Nāgārjuna. Revised and finalized by the Indian abbot Mutitaśrī and the Tibetan translator Patsab Nyima Drak. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
