愿安乐吉祥！一切农事如愿速成！喜马拉雅二十四圣境之吉祥！邬仗拉等八大尸陀林之吉祥！黑汝嘎十地之吉祥圆满具足！愿此地如邬金刹土般兴盛稳固！ 没有什么是神树的烟雾不能净化的！ 没有什么是甘露之水不能洗净的！ 没有什么是长生不死之药不能救活的！ 焚烧上等木材、药材、香料的烟云， 赐予一切 desired 吉祥，主尊药神敬献煨桑！ 悦意圆满，龙族和赞神之主敬献煨桑！ 拥有谷物精华和吉祥的龙族公主敬献煨桑！ 施予饮食助力的赞神王子敬献煨桑！ 听命眷属，龙族、年神、赞神眷属众敬献煨桑！ 愿涤除污秽，消除愚昧和昏沉！ 愿衰败得以恢复，衰落得以兴盛！ 愿欢喜得以满足，愿望得以实现！ 愿冲突、仇恨、争端得以平息！ 愿神人和谐相处，慈爱永驻！ 如是供奉煨桑的功德力， 愿疾病、邪魔、八怖畏、障碍于法界中寂灭！ 愿寿命、福德、财富、善妙资粮增长广大！ 愿役使神、魔、人三者等自在！ 愿远离怨敌、盗贼、强盗、劫匪、猛兽和害心！ 愿无冰雹霜冻旱涝，庄稼丰收！ 愿无有瘟疫，人畜、食物、财富丰饶！ 愿誓言、喑哑、狩猎等不善逐渐衰减！ 愿讲修、证悟、解脱等善业逐渐增上！ 愿护持佛法的君王权势兴盛广大！ 愿教政昌盛，二利如法成就！ 愿证得教法精髓，速疾成就光身！ 往昔莲花生、毗卢遮那父子和， 中间吉祥金刚、噶玛巴， 其后具精华之名的两位， 如他们所作的教敕、盟誓、承诺一样， 美丽娇艳、青春洋溢的药神您， 以深切的关怀，慈爱垂念， 以无限的眷顾，永不厌倦地赐予化身， 请您时时示现，毫不懈怠地鼎力相助！ 所煨桑之对境，执持为神之明觉幻化， 所煨桑之能者，执著为我之错觉梦境， 所煨桑之处所，执著为好，然如虚空般本自空性， 若观察三轮，则离思离言无有根本， 然而于此如梦般的世间， 如幻术般的煨桑。

May there be happiness and joy! May all agricultural tasks be quickly accomplished as desired! Glory to the twenty-four sacred sites of the Himalayas! Glory to the eight great charnel grounds, such as Utpala! May the glory of the ten abodes of Heruka be fully attained! May this land flourish and be stable like the realm of Oddiyana! There is nothing that the smoke of the divine tree cannot purify! There is nothing that the water of nectar cannot cleanse! There is nothing that the immortal medicine cannot revive! With this cloud of smoke from burning fine wood, medicinal herbs, and incense, Bestowing all desired glories, we offer this supreme Sang offering to the chief goddess of medicine! We offer Sang to please and fulfill the lord of the Nagas and Tsen spirits! We offer Sang to the daughter of the Nagas, who holds the essence of grains and glory! We offer Sang to the son of the Tsen spirits, who provides food and drink as companions! We offer Sang to the retinue of obedient Nagas, Nyan spirits, and Tsen spirits! May defilements be cleansed, and may ignorance and dullness be dispelled! May what is weakened be restored, and may what is declining flourish! May joy be fulfilled, and may wishes be accomplished! May conflicts, hatred, and disputes be pacified! May gods and humans live in harmony, and may loving-kindness be constant! Through the merit of offering this Sang puja, May diseases, evil spirits, the eight fears, and obstacles be pacified in the realm of space! May life, merit, wealth, and all good qualities increase and expand! May we have power over the three – gods, demons, and humans – to command and control them! May we be free from enemies, thieves, robbers, bandits, wild animals, and harmful intentions! May there be no hail, frost, blight, or drought, and may the crops be good! May there be no epidemics, and may humans, livestock, food, and wealth be abundant! May vows, muteness, hunting, and other non-virtues gradually diminish! May teaching, practice, realization, liberation, and other virtuous activities gradually increase! May the power of the Dharma-protecting king flourish and expand! May the Dharma and governance increase, and may the two benefits be accomplished according to the Dharma! May we realize the essence of the teachings and quickly attain the rainbow body! In the past, Padmasambhava and Vairochana, father and son, In the middle, Glorious Vajra, Karmapa, After them, the two with the name of Essence, Just as they made commands, vows, and promises, O beautiful, youthful, and charming goddess of medicine, With deep longing, please regard us with love and compassion, With unwavering gaze, tirelessly bestow your incarnate form, Always show yourself and be an unwavering companion! The object of Sang, holding as deity, is the magical display of awareness. The agent of Sang, holding to self, is the deluded dream-like form. The place of Sang, clinging to goodness, is empty from the beginning like space. If the three circles are examined, they are without basis, beyond thought and expression. However, in this dream-like realm, The Sang offering is like an illusion.
