先前，猛厉的姊妹和随从眷属们，请享用这誓言物的食子，请弘扬佛法和持教者，请做瑜伽士的护佑者，请消除世间的衰败，请阻挡疾病、饥荒和战争，请成办佛法和政治的意愿，总而言之，所托付的息增怀诛事业，请毫无阻碍地成办，殊胜和共同的成就，请迅速成办。如是祈请。 ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 主尊是享用威力的聆教者，自在尊青颈大黑天，具威力五部神众及司命，为作威力的事业而赞颂。大自在天的教令轮中，于威力事业中欢喜的，所有大威力神众，为作摄伏而献赞颂。ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 嘛哈德瓦，威力的神，姊妹化身眷属等，以食品和饮料供养与祭祀，以和谐之物圆满意誓言，所有违犯皆于法界中忏悔，于护教者中尊为至上，交付眷属和受用，从要处策励意生和誓言，托付佛法和政治的一切事业，祈请摄伏三界之成就，不散乱，所希望和祈愿的一切，无碍任运成就。如是赞颂并托付事业。 大威力秘密圆满的教谕护法神大青颈的祈请供养名为摄伏有情，此乃应心友之请，由咒师黑怖畏尊胜于东方增广，善哉！善哉！善哉！ 格萨尔招财，一切所需皆生。

Previously, may the fierce brothers and sisters, along with their attendant retinues, accept this torma of samaya substances. May you propagate the teachings and the holders of the teachings. May you be the protectors of yogis. May you avert the decline of the world. May you prevent disease, famine, and war. May you accomplish the aims of Dharma and politics. In short, whatever activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating are entrusted to you, may you accomplish them without hindrance, and may you swiftly accomplish all supreme and common siddhis. Thus, I pray. ཧྲཱིཿ Hrih (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) The chief one who listens to commands, reveling in power and strength, The powerful blue-necked Mahadeva, The five classes of powerful deities with their attendants, I praise you for accomplishing the activities of power. In the command circle of the great powerful one, Who delights in the activities of power and strength, To all the powerful deities without exception, I offer praise for accomplishing the gathering of power. ཧྲཱིཿ Hrih (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) O Mahadeva, god of power, All the brothers and sisters, emanations and retinue, I offer and worship you with food and drink, I fulfill your samaya with harmonious substances, I confess all breakages and impairments in the sphere of reality, I enthrone you as the supreme protector of the teachings, I entrust you with retinue and resources, I urge you from the heart to keep your vows and commitments, I entrust you with all activities of Dharma and politics, I request the siddhi of subduing the three realms, Without distraction, may all hopes and aspirations Be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously. Thus, I praise and entrust the activities. This supplication and offering to the great blue-necked Dharma protector, the secret and complete protector of power, called "Subduing Beings," was written spontaneously by the mantra practitioner Black Fearless Victory at the request of a close friend.
