Be the protector and refuge of the yogis. Pacify the decline of the world. Avert disease, famine and war. Promote the aims of dharma and politics. In short, accomplish without hindrance whatever activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering and wrathful are entrusted, and swiftly accomplish all supreme and common siddhis. Thus, pray for the fulfillment of wishes. The praise is as follows: བཻ། On the northern slope of Mount Meru, In the center of the palace of Champaka Grove, In the palace of precious treasures, Leader of the yaksha army, great powerful one, Protector, guardian of the place, Vaishravana, Lord of the treasury of ease and virtue, Lord of wealth deities, many emanations of jewels, You who possess power over the eight bhumis, I praise you. Four consorts and four supreme sons, Eight lords of horses who strive for supreme accomplishment, Eight great nagas who bestow the glory of all desires, I praise the wealth deities together with their retinues. Twenty-eight yaksha commanders, Thirty-two great powerful ones, and so forth, All those who dwell in the northern direction, I praise all of you. Thus. བཻ། Wealth-owner, great king Vaishravana, Consort, sons, ministers and retinue, Offer and worship with food and drink, Fulfill the samaya with harmonious substances, Confess all breakages and deficiencies in the dharmadhatu, Install as the supreme protector of the teachings, Entrust the retinue and enjoyments, Urge from the heart the generation of bodhicitta and vows, Entrust all activities of dharma and politics, Request for long life, merit, power and siddhis, Without distraction, all hopes and aspirations, May they be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously. Thus, praise and entrust the activities.
