ངས་ཐལ་གསལ། །ནང་བཅུད་དག་པ་ས་བཅུའི་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱིས། །ཡོངས་གང་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ སྣང་ཚད་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ། །གྲགས་ཚད་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྒྲ། །དྲན་ཚད་རང་རིག་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་གསལ་བ། །ཞིང་མཆོག་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ འབྱུང་ལྔའི་མིང་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་རང་མདངས་གསལ། །ཉིན་མཚན་མིང་མེད་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྣང་བས་ཁྱབ། །སྐྱེ་འཆིའི་མིང་མེད་པདྨོ་ལས་འཁྲུངས་པའི། །ཞིང་མཆོག་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ ཟས་གཞན་མི་དམིགས་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟས། །སྐོམ་གཞན་མི་དམིགས་བདེ་ཆེན་རྒྱུན་བཟང་འཐུང་། །གོས་གཞན་མི་དམིགས་མཉམ་པ་རིས་མེད་གྱོན། །ཞིང་མཆོག་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ བཞོན་པ་གཞན་མིན་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་མྱུར་མགྱོགས་ལྡན། །དམན་པའི་གྲོགས་མིན་ཐབས་ཤེས་གཉིས་སུ་མེད། །འཁོར་སློབ་དམངས་མིན་རང་བཞིན་ཤར་གྲོལ་མཉམ། །ཞིང་མཆོག་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ རྒྱལ་བློན་གཞན་མེད་འཕགས་པས་ཐུགས་རྗེས་སྐྱོངས། །འདོད་ཡོན་ཏིང་འཛིན་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འཛད་མེད་འབྱུང་། །བྱ་སྤྱོད་གཞན་མེད་འགྲོ་དོན་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །ཞིང་མཆོག་རི་བོ་ཏ་ལར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་མཆོག་བསྐྱེད། །སྦྱང་བགྲོད་མཐར་སོན་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་བཅུ་རྫོགས། །ས་བཅུ་དབང་བཅུ་སྟོབས་བཅུར་མངའ་དབང་བརྙེས། །འཁོར་བ་དོང་སྤྲུག་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །༴༴ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་མགོན་ཁྱེད་སྐུ་ཅི་འདྲ་དང་། །འཁོར་དང་སྐུ་ཚེའི་ཚད་དང་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་མཆོག་བཟང་པོ་ཇི་འདྲ་བ། །དེ་འདྲ་ཁོ་ནར་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །༴༴ ཆོས་སྐུའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ངོ་བོ་ཀ་དག་ཀློང་། །ལོངས་སྐུའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རང་བཞིན་རང་འོད་གསལ། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཡོངས་ཁྱབ་པའི། །སྐུ་གསུམ་སྙིང་པོ་མ་ཎི་ལན་གསུམ་གསུང་། །༴༴ ཞེས་ཡིག་དྲུག་བསྐུལ་མ་མེས་དབོན་དགྱེས་གླུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ཡང་། དགེ་རྒན་བློ་འཕེལ་ནས་བསྐུལ་ངོར། ཆོས་རྒྱལ་སྲོང་བཙན་སྒམ་པོའི་ཞལ་གདམས་མངའ་བདག་ཉང་གི་གཏེར་མ་ནས། མགོ་སྤྲུལ་གྱིས་བཏུས་པའོ།། ཡིག་དྲུག་བསྐུལ་མ་མེས་དབོན་དགྱེས་གླུ།

我以恭敬之心祈请。 愿以内心纯净的十地菩萨， 圆满充满于普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 所见皆为观世音之坛城本尊， 所闻皆为嘛呢贝美多吉之声， 所念皆为自性明觉智慧光明， 愿于胜地普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 五大种无名，智慧自光显明， 日夜无名，遍布法之显现， 生与死无名，莲花中化生之， 愿于胜地普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 不希求他食，享用不死甘露之食， 不希求他饮，饮用大乐恒常之佳酿， 不希求他衣，穿着平等无别之衣， 愿于胜地普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 非为他骑乘，具有精进迅速之能力， 非为低劣之友伴，方便智慧二者无别， 眷属弟子非为凡夫，自性本然解脱平等， 愿于胜地普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 非为他国王臣，圣者以慈悲护佑， 欲妙禅定受用，无尽涌现， 非为他事业，利生事业自然成就， 愿于胜地普陀山而生。 ༴༴ 甫一出生即生起殊胜菩提心， 修持圆满，成就十度波罗蜜， 获得十地、十自在、十力之权能， 愿能从轮回深渊中解脱，行利生之事。 ༴༴ 观世音怙主，您的身形如何， 眷属、寿命之量、以及清净刹土， 您的殊胜妙名是何等， 愿一切皆能变成如您一般。 ༴༴ 法身吉祥，本体本净之界， 报身吉祥，自性自光明显， 化身吉祥，以大悲周遍， 三身心髓，嘛呢念诵三遍。 ༴༴ 此为六字真言劝请文，名为《祖孙喜悦之歌》，乃是应格西 洛培之请，从法王松赞干布之口诀、娘氏之伏藏中，由果哲所摘录。

I prostrate with reverence. May I be born in the Potala Mountain, Fully filled with the pure-hearted Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis. ༴༴ May all that appears be the mandala deities of Avalokiteśvara, May all that is heard be the sound of mani padme vajra, May all that is remembered be the clear light of self-aware wisdom, May I be born in the supreme field, Potala Mountain. ༴༴ The five elements are nameless, the self-radiance of wisdom is clear, Day and night are nameless, pervaded by the appearance of Dharma, Birth and death are nameless, born from the lotus, May I be born in the supreme field, Potala Mountain. ༴༴ Not seeking other food, enjoying the food of immortal nectar, Not seeking other drink, drinking the continuous stream of great bliss, Not seeking other clothes, wearing the equal, unbiased clothes, May I be born in the supreme field, Potala Mountain. ༴༴ Not another mount, possessing the swiftness of diligence, Not inferior companions, method and wisdom are inseparable, Attendants and disciples are not ordinary people, naturally liberated and equal, May I be born in the supreme field, Potala Mountain. ༴༴ Not other kings and ministers, the noble ones protect with compassion, Desire and qualities, samadhi and enjoyment arise inexhaustibly, Not other actions, the benefit of beings is spontaneously accomplished, May I be born in the supreme field, Potala Mountain. ༴༴ Immediately upon birth, may I generate the supreme Bodhicitta, Having completed the training, may I perfect the ten pāramitās, Having attained mastery over the ten bhumis, ten powers, and ten strengths, May I empty the depths of samsara and work for the benefit of beings. ༴༴ Avalokiteśvara, protector, what is your form like, Your retinue, the measure of your lifespan, and your pure land, What is your excellent and auspicious name like, May all be transformed into exactly that. ༴༴ The auspiciousness of the Dharmakaya, the essence of primordial purity, The auspiciousness of the Sambhogakaya, the nature of self-luminous clarity, The auspiciousness of the Nirmanakaya, pervading all with compassion, Say the essence of the three kayas, mani, three times. ༴༴ This encouragement of the six syllables, called "The Song of Joy of Grandfather and Grandson," was requested by Geshe Lhopel, and collected by Gosur from the oral instructions of Dharma King Songtsen Gampo and the terma of Nyang.
