Clearing the six obscurations, cutting off the precipice of samsara, Guiding the path to enlightenment, establishing the three bodies on the ground. I pray to the essence of the six-syllable mantra. May the conceptual thoughts that delude the three doors be purified in the expanse. May the undeluded deities and mantras be perfected in the play of wisdom. May liberation from delusion, beyond mind, ripen into the essence of the three bodies. May I be inseparable from the three secrets of the noble ones. The speech emanation of the Sugata's six families is the six-syllable mantra, Purifying the six afflictions, pacifying the suffering of the six realms. Cutting the cycle of birth in the six realms, perfecting the six paramitas, Blending the six wisdoms, bestowing the rank of the six bodies. Protector Avalokiteshvara, so wondrous, The Mani six-syllable mantra, so greatly blessed. From a single lotus, countless seeds grow, On each wish-fulfilling tree, countless fruits ripen every year. On one mountain, countless grasses and plants grow, From the great ocean, countless streams flow. All of these are surpassed by the increase of Mani's qualities, All fortunate ones gathered here, chant Mani Padme. A field of rice that is born without sowing or plowing, A wish-fulfilling cow that yields whatever is desired when milked. On the wish-fulfilling tree, all needs and desires arise, From the wish-fulfilling jewel, whatever is prayed for comes forth. All of these are surpassed by the great benefit of Mani, All fortunate ones gathered here, chant Mani Padme. The raindrops in the sky can be counted, The grains of the four continents can all be counted. The great earth can be measured by weight and counted, The drops of the ocean can be counted one by one. The qualities of Mani, though counted, have no end, All fortunate ones gathered here, chant Mani Padme. A diamond iron mountain, though wiped with kasha grass, will be exhausted, The sands of the Ganges, though scattered with tito grass, will be exhausted. The ocean will be exhausted if a bird carries it away with its claws, The four continents, together with their mountains, will be exhausted by the touch of the cold wind. Since the qualities of Mani cannot be exhausted, I request that the sound of the supreme six-syllable mantra be proclaimed. Represented by this, all the virtues of the three circles being completely pure, I dedicate to all beings in the three realms of samsara who have not become Buddhas. In the pure realm of the three bodies, the supreme Potala, May I be seated in the ranks of the retinue of the three purities. The outer vessel is completely pure, spreading happiness, prosperity, and glory, The Dakini's palace, five lights
