将头发献给三宝后， 改名换姓受持出家相之后， 全心全意投入纯洁的事业， 小尼姑啊，必须成就一切善事！ 纵然外表美丽，受持出家相， 内心却背离佛法，回归轮回， 以贪嗔痴三毒行事，虚伪狡诈的人， 小尼姑啊，那会遭受堕入恶道的痛苦！ 若想解脱，就要对轮回生起厌离心， 像保护眼睛和心脏一样守护戒律和誓言， 恒常不离地修持上师， 小尼姑啊，关键就在于此！ 总而言之，要对轮回的处境感到厌倦， 深信业果不虚， 若有幸修持甚深佛法， 小尼姑啊，除此之外别无他事！ 我阿布是个愚笨的老头， 没有比这些话更恳切的忠告了， 为了利益你这位妹妹的心而说， 小尼姑啊，要将这些付诸实践！ 愿听到此歌的所有男女众生， 迅速清净多劫以来的罪障， 从殊胜的金刚乘道上， 迅速获得本初的佛陀果位！ 如是，虽于实义上烦恼五毒的分别念如火般炽燃，然名为化身，名为措尼（མཚོ་ནི་，梵文：Nadi，梵文罗马拟音：Nadi，汉语字面意思：江河）的曲英衮色嘉措，于自身二十五岁木阴羊年年末首月上弦初十，对具缘曲英桑姆所作之教诲。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Mangalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。 对具缘曲英桑姆的教诲。

Even if the body is beautiful and you take the form of a renunciate, If the mind turns away from the Dharma and returns to samsara, One who is deceitful and cunning in the actions of the three poisons, Little nun, that one will experience the suffering of the lower realms! If you wish for liberation, you must have renunciation from samsara, Protect the vows and commitments like your eyes and heart, Constantly meditate on the Guru without separation, Little nun, the key is in this! In short, be weary of the state of samsara, Have unwavering faith in the infallibility of karma and its results, If you are fortunate enough to practice the profound Dharma, Little nun, there is nothing else to do! I, Abu, am a foolish old man, I have no more sincere advice than these words, I speak for the benefit of your, my sister's, mind, Little nun, put these into practice! May all male and female beings who hear this song, Quickly purify the obscurations of sins from many eons, From the excellent path of the Vajrayana Dharma, Quickly attain the primordial Buddhahood!
