Grant the indestructible and unchanging accomplishment of life! While reciting the above mantra and life-sustaining dharani, place the life-arrow on the crown of the head. On the longevity wine: Mum Hrih! The longevity wine, gathering the essence of the three sweets of life, is the longevity drink of those who have accomplished the deity mantra. By bestowing it well upon the speech wheel of the one to be protected, may it liberate from the obstacles of untimely death! Recite the mantra and offer it. On the longevity pill: Mum Hrih! This white and sweet pill, condensed with the essence of longevity, is the longevity food of the accomplished ancient sages. May it enter the throat of the one to be protected.
