Gather the essence of all of samsara and nirvana. Nourish the life force of oneself and those to be protected. Contemplate achieving deathless vidyadhara. Om Arya Tare Tuttare Ture Maricye Ayurdade Bhrum Svaha. Recite this and then, to summon life: Hung Hrih, the magical manifestation of the compassion of all the Buddhas of the vast expanse. Queen, courageous one, who liberates from all fears. Goddess Marichi, who follows the secret mantra. Supreme bestower of immortality, Ushnishavijaya.
