Since immeasurable appearances arise in an instant, one should now become accustomed to hearing, contemplating, and meditating on them. When traveling with fear on a terrifying path in the bardo, it is like having a brave friend who is previously familiar and known. Later, when meeting at that time, one recognizes them immediately upon seeing them, cutting off doubts without needing to be afraid. And, believing that the experiences of appearances on the path and the appearances of the bardo of dharmata are no different, one recognizes and remembers them like a mother and child meeting. Recognizing one's own appearances as self-appearing, one thereby believes in the unchanging nature of reality, and like inserting a golden needle to draw out the essence of the heart, one generates an unwavering, constant samadhi, which is the three key points of recognizing the ultimate. And, through the six recollections, the eight ways appearances arise, the six sets of six abhijñas (superknowledges), and the appearances of the three sets of three kayas' abhijñas, one gains confidence in spontaneous accomplishment. Through the eight ways of dissolving simultaneously, one becomes manifestly enlightened in the primordial purity of the original sphere, which is obtaining liberation in the spontaneously accomplished sambhogakaya bardo.
