Inwardly fix the buttocks and straighten the spine. Tighten the back of the neck. With a very subtle gaze, guide the vision to both sides so that the mind can wander. The giant's posture is: in a lotus position, support the elbows on the thighs. Raise both hands to the sides of the cheeks. Greatly straighten the spine. Guiding the mind to the left sky with a slightly downward gaze. The crocodile posture is: sit in lotus position, covering the knees with hands. Straighten the body, slightly raise the neck, guide the gaze to the right, watching and meditating with slightly closed eyes. All of these should be done on high ground with a wide view of the sky, facing south. The ways of looking are: like a lion, like an elephant, like a rabbit, and like an arrow. During the day, the yogi should look like this. Like a lion, turn the eyes upwards; like an elephant, look slightly downwards; like a rabbit, stare straight ahead with wide eyes; like an arrow, look straight to the side. By opening the eyes wide, half-closing the eyes, and slightly closing the eyes, look upwards, downwards, to the right, to the left, and straight ahead, whichever is comfortable, and awareness should not be separated from the Vajra chain.
