Roughly blocking the breath with a fence, pushing the toes outward and bending them, straightening the spine, and slightly raising the head, thus sinking and agitation are balanced. Gazing obliquely at the sky directly in front of the eyes, one obtains the lotus eyes. In this way, one can grasp the moving breath, and the spontaneously arising five lights appear, thereby utilizing the meaning of dharmata, and ultimately liberating into the sambhogakaya. The posture of the nirmanakaya is: the body is upright, sitting upright, so that the channels and breath are balanced. Aligning the two shanks and placing the soles of the feet on the ground, thereby suppressing the power of water. Slightly tightening the anus and pressing it against the spine, thereby cutting off conceptual thoughts. Pressing the knees against the chest, thereby the mirror-like wisdom appears. Placing the elbows of both hands on the knees and crossing the wrists, lifting the collarbone with the vajra fists, thereby heat and cold are balanced. Alternatively, embracing the kidneys with the elbows, so that contact can eliminate cold diseases. Alternatively, coiling the knees to cover them, so that heat diseases can be eliminated. Straightening the spine, thereby the breath and mind flow into dharmata. Looking slightly down with the eyes, gazing drowsily at space, one obtains the dharma eyes. At this time, heat is generated in the body, the elements are balanced, thereby one has power over the meaning of dharmata. Ultimately liberating into the nirmanakaya. Like this, any posture should not be too tight and closed, but each part should be relaxed, so that there is a key point of not hindering. Furthermore, there are many postures of the limbs, represented by manifest enlightenment and immutable vajra, but here it is said that this is enough, so I will not elaborate further. Like this, the fault of not applying the key points of body and speech is: the innate wisdom, the three kayas, complete, inseparable, spontaneously accomplished great bliss, is originally present in oneself, but if one does not apply the key points, it will not appear manifestly, and the aforementioned qualities will not arise. As it is said in "Klong gsal": If the key points of the body are not applied, the arising and ceasing breath cannot be grasped, and likewise heat will not arise in the body, and innate awareness cannot appear. Thus it is said. The benefit of applying is: the qualities of seeing the clear light, the path aspect of dharmata, manifestly, etc., will arise, and ultimately one will be liberated into the mind-realm of the ultimate Buddha's three kayas, thereby transcending suffering, that is, as it is said in "Thal 'gyur": The posture of the dharmakaya is like a lion, free from all the fears of delusion, the vajra eye.

Will be seen. The way of dwelling of the Sambhogakaya is, By relying on the elephant lying down, Enjoying the meaning of Dharmata, It will be seen with the lotus eye. The way of dwelling of the Nirmanakaya is, By relying on the sage's squatting posture, Dharmata appearance self-emanated, It will be seen with the eye of Dharma. Thus it is said. The key point of the body is pressed.
