When the scattering of ignorance ceases and one abides in one's own nature, one remains in that state. Just as a crow flying from a pond circles and circles, and then returns to the same place. So it is said. Furthermore, when sinking, dispel the stale air, straighten the posture, focus the gaze, sharpen the mind, and exert effort in wisdom, then clarity arises. When scattered, relax the posture, lower the gaze, loosen the mind, and abide in the natural state, then stability arises. When gazing, separately train in shamatha and vipashyana. Sometimes, in clear, cloudless skies, turn one's back to the sun, restrain the gaze, and look at the expanse of the sky. For example, when the door of the empty clarity of the outer sky opens, and the inner sky of awareness is completely purified, the nature of reality, which is the secret, luminous essence of the sky, manifests in an instant, transcending all boundaries and centers. When practice becomes somewhat familiar and stable, mix it with all activities and various circumstances. Through this, everything appears as a play of reality. Without differentiating between meditation and post-meditation, transcending the calculations of hope and fear, one is liberated into the state of exhaustion of phenomena and primordial purity. At that time, without abandoning conceptual thoughts, one is liberated from the ground up, so there is no need for effort to liberate again. Whatever arises is self-liberated, so there is no antidote to counteract clinging. The six objects are self-liberated in naked seeing, so awareness is free from grasping at before and after. With the complete liberation of good and bad, awareness gains confidence in the exhaustion of bias and acceptance/rejection. As stated in the *Thal 'Gyur*: Self-awareness is free from all conceptualization, endowed with four great modes of liberation. Since it is primordially liberated, there is no basis for repetition. Since it is naturally liberated, there is no antidote. Since it is nakedly liberated, it vanishes in the place of seeing. Since it is completely liberated, there is no effort. Thus it is. The awareness or conceptual thought that is called liberation in this way is merely a designation; it does not go anywhere, nor does it come from anywhere. It transcends causes, conditions, and objects. Like the image in a clear, empty mirror, no matter how it appears, it does not benefit or harm the ground. It is free from the grip of bias and grasping. Whatever arises is unattached, rootless awareness, abiding in its own place, self-manifesting, and therefore self-liberated. Abiding without certainty, it is liberated without grasping. Abiding in primordial liberation, it is liberated without a basis. Abiding in the moment of impact, it is liberated by direct hit. Abiding in the moment of arising, it is liberated into appearance and emptiness, and the arising and liberation are undifferentiated and equal.

Without engaging in extensive practice, one can realize the primordial state of original purity and attain liberation. As it is said in the Thallgyur (Natural Liberation): 'What is called the liberation of one's own mind is not going from one place to another. It is the mind that is not liberated by anything. Because it is complete from the ground, there is no coming or going. It cannot be found by investigation, and there is no interruption. Because it is free from its foundation, it abides in emptiness and clarity. The nature of mind that abides in self-clarity is free from partiality because it is liberated by the key point. It is free from dependence because it is liberated by time. It is free from effort because it is liberated without striving.' Thus it is said. Therefore, the instructions on taking to heart the profound meaning of Kadak Trekchö conclude here. Entering the womb.
