By allowing it to naturally relax in the moment of arising, the play of ocean waves does not stray from the nature of the ocean, and it pacifies and dissolves into the embrace of the ocean; just as salt arises from water and dissolves into water; just as a snake's knot unties itself without needing to be untied, the play of thoughts does not stray from the nature of reality, and therefore it pacifies and dissolves into the embrace of reality, or simply in the moment of arising, without needing an antidote, it naturally liberates into the embrace of the primordially pure nature of reality. As it says in the Marvelous King Tantra: "Like the waves of the ocean, All the movements of the mind's waves, Dissolve into the original ground ocean." Sarahapa said: "Just as salt dissolves into water, Likewise, the mind dissolves into its own nature." In the Refutation it says: "Just as the arising awareness, Naturally liberates like a snake's knot." And so on. Introducing the state of arising, abiding, and non-dual equality. Third, introducing the state of arising, abiding, and non-dual equality: When the mind is in a state of non-thought, whatever thoughts arise as energy, without rejection, acceptance, taking, or discarding, it is left to rest naturally. Like the ocean and its waves being inseparable, it abides unmoving in the nature of reality, and the nature of the energy of abiding, which arises unceasingly, is inseparable, and both do not stray from the nature of reality and are equal in the nature of reality. That is to say, abiding arises in various ways, arising is free from grasping and being grasped, and equality is without clinging to it. Outward appearances appear in various ways, but the mind is not moved by appearances, like the direct perception of the senses; inwardly arising in various ways, but free from clinging to it, like the consciousness of a dream; the six objects are experienced in various ways, but there are no thoughts of rejection, acceptance, hope, or fear, like the consciousness of a young child; thoughts pacify into the object of appearance, like salt dissolving into water; whatever arises is free from grasping, like a madman without hope or fear; when the object of appearance is free from taking and discarding and clinging, it is called realizing the emptiness of inner and outer. Therefore, when the mind abides, it goes to the original state; when it arises, it appears as the play of wisdom; when it is equal, it is liberated into the state of non-duality. No matter what, it does not go beyond the play of the nature of reality. Thus, introduce it, and in each of the previous stages, experience the meaning of what is to be meditated upon in awareness.

Born! If it is recognized, and the superimposition is cut off in terms of reason, then by continuously abiding in it, stability will be gradually obtained. If it is always understood in that way, then subsequent recognitions become meaningless, so the previous stages of meditation should be practiced again with effort, and combined with the subsequent experiences to be shown and practiced, so that gradually, one can grasp the beginning of experiential realization of the meaning of the nature of reality, the self-liberated Dharmata, the meaning of the Great Perfection, which transcends affirmation and negation, acceptance and rejection. As it is said in the Root Tantra of the Essence of Liberation: "All external and internal constructs are primordially empty and liberated." And in the Tantra of the Magical Net: "The nature of consciousness is transcended. Possessing the nature of non-dual wisdom. Without conceptualization, spontaneously accomplished." And, "Abiding in equality like space. Transcending all defilements of affliction." Here, since it is not dependent on abiding or moving, it does not fall to either side of the outer six consciousnesses or the inner two consciousnesses, but the awareness that transcends arising, ceasing, permanence, and annihilation, the nature of self-knowing and self-illuminating, the unobstructed appearance of capacity and radiance is vast and open. By extending the self-nature of that which transcends the realm of bright and sparkling speech without distraction, the realization of the nature of reality will become more and more enhanced and stable. So said the Great Treasure Revealer. Recognition in the experience of meditation.
