Rest by contemplating that you are sitting in a comfortable place. Also, rest by directing your mind to return to your own abode like an insect. Similarly, like a guest going on business to cities, villages, continents and other continents, etc., to all unseen and familiar or unfamiliar places, and holding the intention to return. Alternately, sometimes crooked, sometimes straight, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, be pleased to go back and forth. Just as the pace of entering the road, in accordance with the length, slowness and intensity of uttering Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), purify the habitual tendencies of the place by repeating it again and again. Again, by saying Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽 吽), contemplate that you are going like a great arrow to all the pure realms, and thus arrange the auspicious connection for purifying the realms. When that is mastered, ordinary thoughts will naturally weaken, and a feeling of ease and softness will arise. Therefore, the three doors enter the correct path, and the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought will increase. Thus, by training the speech, thoughts will naturally cease, and in general, the sins and obscurations of speech will be purified. By hearing only the sound of speech Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), obstacles will be pacified. In particular, since the attachment to speech disappears, one will not fall into samsara. Ultimately, one will be liberated indivisibly into the Sambhogakaya. Speech will be purified into Vajra speech, and one will be liberated from suffering.
