With the fire and light of wisdom, burn all the seeds of the six realms, along with their habitual tendencies, into nothingness. Contemplate purifying all the causes and effects of samsara and rebirth in the lower realms arising from ignorance, without leaving anything behind. Recite the seven million "Om Ah Hum" mantras, alternating between vocal and silent recitation. If you wish, you can visualize a Ram (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：ram，梵文罗马拟音：ram，汉语字面意思：Ram) and a Yam (藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：yam，梵文罗马拟音：yam，汉语字面意思：Yam), each with the nature of fire and wind, below each seed syllable. By reciting this, wind moves and green fire blazes brightly, burning the greenish-yellow of the asura realm. Om Ah Hum Akara Deva Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་དཀར་དེ་བ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ आकार देव सर्व पापं विशुद्धे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum akara deva sarva papam vishuddhe svaha，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum, A, Deva, all sins, completely purified, Svaha!). By reciting this, wind moves and yellow fire blazes brightly, burning the white A into nothingness. Again, contemplate that the nectar and rays arising from the three syllables purify the places of the six realms, emptying all the places of birth in samsara. It is said in the scriptures to recite the three syllables (Om Ah Hum), so do so alternately as you wish. Until various signs of the purification of sins and obscurations appear, and the ordinary clinging of the three doors is naturally purified, like a polished crystal ball, strive to temporarily empty the seeds of samsara and sever the connection. Ultimately, you will not revert to samsara. As it says in "Klong gsal": "Like splitting open the inside of a Ru-shin fruit, the cause of delusion, the seed of samsara is emptied, the three will not revert to samsara." It also says: "If the seed is not exhausted, the connection of samsara will not be severed." It is like when the cause, the seed, is exhausted, there is no fruit produced by it. Thus, by separately splitting the inside and outside of the Ru-shin fruit, the clinging of the three doors will be reversed, the continuous connection of samsara will be severed, and the body will ripen into great bliss luminosity, speech
