Om and, amba and, vam and, am etc., and human cries and, moans, words of sorrow etc., and the shouts of Asuras and, cut, chop, hit, stab etc., and the songs and dances of gods etc., after words of joy, the trees are dry, the springs are dry, where have the friends gone? The horse is dead, the cow is lost, do I smell bad? If I die, will I fall into the lower realms? Alas, etc., the sounds of each of the six realms and, the sounds of the four elements and, discussions etc., words in accordance with the Dharma and, peaceful and wrathful mantras, Vajra songs and, fierce laughter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat) Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat) etc., noisy sounds and various expressions of speech, practice by uttering these sounds. In the mind, transfer all the suffering and happiness of each of these, whatever there is, from their respective directions to one's own mindstream, and experience them personally. Whether it is like or dislike, happiness or suffering, attachment or hatred, permanence or impermanence etc., for any thoughts of good and non-good that come to mind, forcibly initiate various expansions and contractions, thereby achieving complete satisfaction. In particular, from beginningless time, having taken countless rebirths, each body has experienced the unimaginable suffering of the attitudes and behaviors of each of the six realms. The sound spoken by the mouth has also become the cause of dualistic grasping. If this mind is recognized as being no different from the mind of the Buddha, but because it is dominated by ignorance, it wanders in samsara. Even though it experiences such painful cause and effect, it is completely meaningless. This huge delusion is because of not distinguishing between samsara and nirvana. Now it is necessary to distinguish them, and resolve not to wander in samsara again. When the body, speech, and mind show signs of fatigue and weariness, observe the nature of awareness and rest. By practicing like this repeatedly, if the feeling of having no body arises, and there is no attachment to the body, no negation and affirmation, no cold and heat, no suffering of illness, no hunger and thirst etc., that is a sign of distinguishing the samsara and nirvana of the body. The sign of speech is that understanding arises from the Guru's instructions, without specifically clinging to the meaning of the words, but spontaneously generating the wisdom of meditation, thereby easily understanding the meaning of the Guru's instructions, that is the sign of distinguishing speech. The sign of the mind is that it is clear and bright, without confusion, and joy arises in the instructions.

如果出现厌倦、喜欢体验、产生快乐等情况,这是心识区分的征兆。像这样,在三种门(身语意)各自区分的征兆没有出现之前,要坚持七天或者十一天、半个月等时间,反复练习。 区分的细则。

If aversion arises, delight in experience arises, happiness arises, etc., these are signs of the mind being distinguished. Like this, until the signs of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) being distinguished individually do not arise, persevere for seven days or eleven days, half a month, etc., and repeat again and again. The method of distinguishing the particulars.
