From \"After Death\": \"To make a preliminary for the body, practice various conducts of the six realms. Also practice the conduct of the Three Jewels. To make a preliminary for speech, utter various sounds of the six realms. Sounds of peace and wrath, and sounds of arising. Also train in various forms. To make a preliminary for the mind, take the suffering of the six realms to heart.\" It is said. Correspondingly, in the *Thal Gyur* (Refutation): \"The body walks and stays, contracts and various magic wheels, limbs extend and retract, showing various forms of action. With mindful awareness, manifest the conduct of the forms of the six realms. Take it with the mind and do it with the body.\" And: \"Because what is said does not revert, the speech of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, flesh-eating ghosts, and pervaders, speak of the distinction between good and bad. In short, the speech of the six realms, remember and contemplate with the mind, and speak with the mouth.\" Also, in *The Single Lineage of the Buddha's Son*: \"Joy and displeasure, happiness and suffering, permanence and impermanence, etc., the thought of view, meditation, and conduct, dharma and non-dharma, etc., desire, hatred, and ignorance, virtue and non-virtue, etc., do various forms of thought and conduct.\" It is said, therefore, with the body, endure the heat and cold of hell beings, the hunger and thirst of pretas, the exploitation of animals, the fighting of asuras, the falling of gods, and other sufferings on oneself, and make various gestures and conducts of each of the six realms. From the way of first generating the mind, until becoming a Buddha and teaching the Dharma, and the way of acting between nirvana and the abiding of the teachings, and the various conducts of the retinue with lineage, and also running and jumping, walking and staying, extending and retracting limbs, contracting and stretching, and various magic wheels, trembling, dancing, jumping, peaceful and wrathful postures, singing, dancing, playing games, etc., do whatever conduct one can think of, making oneself weary and tired. With speech, utter the sounds of hell beings, such as \"Atsatsa,\" \"Achuchu,\" \"Anana,\" \"Kyeyhud,\" etc., and the pretas' \"I am hungry,\" \"I am cold,\" \"I am thirsty,\" \"I have nothing,\" etc., and the animals' \"U,\" etc." } ] ============================================================
