བྲལ་ཏེ་བདེ། །སྟོང་ཁ་འབྱམས་གཅིག་པོར་མ་སོང་བའི། །སེམས་གཉིས་མེད་སྙིང་རྗེ་སྒོམ་སྟེ་བདེ། །ཆོས་བརྗོད་མེད་ལྐུག་པར་མ་སོང་བའི། །དོན་བརྗོད་མེད་བརྗོད་པར་སོང་སྟེ་བདེ། །གཞན་ཕན་མེད་རང་རྒྱལ་མ་ཡིན་པའི། །རང་བསྟན་འགྲོར་ཕན་པ་བྱུང་བས་བདེ། །བློ་རྩོལ་མེད་ཤུགས་ཀྱིིས་ཕན་གྱུར་པའི། །ཁོང་འགྲོ་དོན་བསྟན་འགྲོར་ཕན་པས་བདེ། །དུས་མ་བབས་སྙིང་རྗེ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་ལས། །རང་བྲེལ་བའི་དབང་དུ་མི་བཏང་བདེ། །ལས་ཅི་ལྟར་གྱུར་ཀྱང་ཆོས་ཉིད་ལས། །དུས་ནམ་ཡང་འདའ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བདེ། །བློ་གྲོས་འདེབས་བདེ་བར་ཤར་བའི་གླུ། །དཔལ་ལྕགས་ཕུར་ཅན་གྱི་སྐུ་རྗེས་སུ། །རང་ཉམས་ལ་ཤར་བས་བྱས་པ་ལགས། །ཆོས་འདི་ཡང་དོན་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ནས། །འབྲས་བསྟན་འགྲོའི་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །མདྒ་ལཾ། ། གྲོས་འདེབས་རང་ཉམས་ལ་ཤར་བའི་གླུ།

远离而安乐。 未落入空性泛滥的境地， 修习无二之心大悲而安乐。 法不可说未陷入喑哑， 义不可说转为可说而安乐。 非无利他之心，非自私自利， 自宗利益众生而安乐。 非智力之功，乃自然之力所成， 内心利益教法众生而安乐。 时机未到，勿以广大悲心， 受自身仓促所左右而安乐。 业无论如何变化，皆依循法性， 时光永不流逝而安乐。 智慧萌发，安乐显现之歌。 于具吉祥金刚橛者之身之后， 由自身体验而作。 愿此法亦具意义， 果报增长教法众生之善妙！吉祥！ 智慧萌发，自身体验显现之歌。

Separated and happy. Without falling into the vastness of emptiness, Meditating on the non-dual heart of great compassion is happiness. Not through the effort of intellect, but through the power of nature, Internally benefiting the teachings and beings brings happiness. Before the time arrives, do not let great compassion Be controlled by one's own haste, that is happiness.
