Where is it? If such a meditator has no substance, then abiding without dwelling, without thought, and like the sky, self-luminous, one's own mind is entirely like that. If one does not think of anything, it is the kind that goes to the true meaning. Because body and speech are unborn and without basis, there is no need for cross-legged sitting, cutting off speech, etc. Likewise, since the mind is also devoid of substance, it does not fall into the practice of abandoning thoughts. Thus, meditating on thoughts, like smoke dissolving into clouds, never remains. Why? Because I am that, I do not move from my own essence. The signs of thoughts, good and bad, whatever arises should not be stopped, nor should one separate from that meaning with mindfulness. I say it is self-born and self-extinguished. For example, a thief, not noticed, not chased away, naturally subsides while fleeing. Because it arises from the power of seeing, there is no need to intentionally show awareness. Otherwise, in an instant of mind, one should look at the very nature of one's own thoughts. Sinking, knowing, cannot rise. Dullness, the meaning itself is not clear. Sinking dullness, extremely sinking dullness, and very deep sinking dullness should not be abandoned. Likewise, excitement also has three aspects: laziness, carelessness, and association with inferiority. Doubt, straying, and falling are two. Hope is a sign and a result. One should not be confused and involved, delighting in the actions and behaviors of the body, delighting in the noise of speech, because it is far from the true meaning. Do not talk about actions, village talk, do not do deeds of giving and rituals, even virtuous deeds turn into distraction, what need is there to say about not doing evil deeds? One should combine with experience, wavering, habituation, and the experience of observation. However, this meaning cannot be shown to others; such realization possesses true experience. At that time, the inner and outer secret warmth, the inner and outer signs also arise gradually. Even if it arises, do not make a mind of delighting in warmth; even if it is absent, there is no dislike for it. When those wavering and attainment are stable, gradually arising secrets will accomplish realization. For the supreme being who possesses the three realms, like a lion, free from the assembly of fears. Not attached to food, wealth, and relatives, if great compassion does not depart, it is a sign of encountering the meaning of Dharma nature. Whatever one does, if it does not diminish from its meaning, it is a sign of being able to work after habituation. Possessing this, there is no need to open and close control, no appearance is damaged, because there is nothing to do in the mind. The body gradually obtains forbearance, etc., and there is no acceptance or rejection of the eight worldly dharmas, in anything.

I am shameless! This is also a sign of going to death. In the mind, there is no fabrication, no sense of obstruction. Not clinging to thoughts, self-luminous. Not experiencing anything, the mind not manifestly directed, appearing naturally in a non-objective way. Merely in name, it is said to be meditation. Without confidence in the true meaning, merely words as views, with little basis. Relying on the dharma of non-action, practicing the coarse dharma of Even the command of the Buddha cannot protect, the painful result is without doubt. If one possesses the eight characteristics of realization, then that person is a child of the Buddha. Without confidence, wanting to hold high views, one only increases one's own arrogance. Like a mountain pressing down on beings, there is never a chance of liberation. Having entered the secret door of mantra, not believing in the true meaning, doing worldly affairs, clearly having autonomy but saying there is no autonomy, speaking and abandoning the secret meaning. Not knowing where one will go in the next life, doing unimportant lazy things. Alas! Truly a self-destructive hero! Like a boulder on the neck of the ocean. The rope of compassion is a hanging rope. Deceiving oneself, how pitiful. For the lazy, there is no path to liberation. The "Key Instructions on the Stages of Views" by Kawa Pel Tsek is completed. Explanation of the Stages of Views.
