From not knowing, desire manifests, Hatred and delusion also manifest. From that, compounded things arise, Which are the various manifestations of consciousness. What arises together with consciousness is, The four non-material aggregates. Dependent on name and form, The sense faculties (six senses) arise. Knowing the object and the faculty, Contact arises from aggregation. Contact arising should be known as feeling, Likewise, feeling arising is craving. Craving increases, then attachment, From attachment, existence arises. From existence, the aggregates arise, which is birth, Likewise, from birth, aging arises. Likewise, without the aggregate of aging, That is called death. From ignorance and death arises sorrow, And the suffering that accompanies existence. From sorrow, the words that arise, That is called lamentation. From lamentation that arises, The collection of the five consciousnesses, Speaks of non-peaceful suffering, It is an obstacle to bodily comfort. The mental suffering is, What causes harm to the mind, That should be known as displeasure, Any other cause of nearby afflictions. Ignorance, manifest consciousness, and name and form, For the sake of the six senses, contact, feeling, and thirst. From craving, attachment, existence, and birth, And for the sake of maturation, destruction, and sorrow. Words and other harm to the body, And for the sake of mental displeasure, For the sake of afflictions, the names are consistent, It is declared in order. Again, not fully understanding that, Ignorance and so on, in order, From the former, the former gives rise to the latter, It is also said in each birth. The twelve limbs enter three (times), This is the arising of permanence and cessation without beginning. Like a stream flowing in, Entering a time without beginning. However, these four, Are the causes that accumulate, Namely ignorance, craving, and consciousness, These are declared in order. From the cause arises the seed of consciousness, Action is said to be the field. The initial craving is of affliction, Things are truly said to be the cause. Action and afflicted consciousness, Abide in the seed itself. Action is the seed of consciousness, It also performs the function of the field. With craving, the one called consciousness, That seed immediately moistens. Ignorance is the seed of consciousness, With moisture, it supports planting. Action and craving and ignorance, The field and moisture and

Those who adhere. This consciousness is action, Consciousness, I have not thought. However, the seed is consciousness. The abode of karma and afflictions, Is called seed consciousness. Ignorance fertilizes, And the water of craving nourishes, From the cause, the name and form, The sprout also appears. Both natures and so on, These names and forms are produced, When father and mother meet, And the times are not contrary. A slightly related experience, Is called seed consciousness. Gradually grows in the mother's womb, Producing the sprout of name and form. If the conditions are not complete, there is nothing, Because the continuities are not Contrary. Like illusion, selfless, without attachment, Birth also does not exist. The eye consciousness also, Arises from the five causes, The eye, form, and the four appear, Space arises and is conceived. If the five are not complete, there is nothing, The eye consciousness arises. They are born of me, How does the unborn conceptual thought appear? The ear consciousness and so on, Are all in this order of arising. From the collection of cause and condition, Free from the agent and so on, Free from self-grasping, Birth is also the same as before. Therefore, for dependent origination, Everything with a cause must be understood. From passing away from this world to the other shore, There is no Dharma that can be walked. However, from cause and condition, The fruit of karma manifests. Just like a mirror is wiped clean, And the image of the face is seen. The image in the mirror, Is not moved over either. They have no conceptual thought of each other, The agents abandon the karma. Similarly, the appearance of birth, Comes from the order of previous increasing actions. Just like the long-lasting moon, In a small water vessel, Appears but is not moved over, Action and karma also exist. Similarly, dying and transferring from here, No one goes to be born. If the causes and conditions are not complete, the fire does not burn, If the causes and conditions are complete, the fire burns. If the causes and conditions are not complete, there is nothing, The aggregates connect. External karma and accumulated cause, That is the nature to be examined. Similarly, the freedom of others within, The five consciousnesses arise. Not the object of examination

Secondly, the ultimate truth is what is desired to be fully accomplished. Being born with causes and conditions, it should always be known as two kinds. Devoid of agents and so on, nourishing, accumulating, emptiness, etc., have no essence. Thus, whatever is seen by wisdom, regarding what, where, how, and by what, abandoning thoughts, speech, and so on. Like the reflection of the moon in water. Similarly, from here, death and transference, there is no one, it appears to go and be born. Just as when connected to firewood, the continuity of fire enters and changes. Because the cause is incomplete, the fire does not follow. Similarly, if the seeds of all defilements are burned by the fire of wisdom, because there is no cause, there is no result, no action and no karma. Qualities are limitless, inconceivable, the peaceful Dharma-nature body, free from beginning, middle, and end, having realized it, one attains the state of Buddhahood. Whoever can endure that reality in that way, that is a prophecy, without doubt. Thus, the Loving One himself spoke to Shariputra, using the Salu sapling as an example. That was after Shariputra heard it, took its essence, the assembly of gods, rejoiced and praised it, rose and left, and with a joyful heart, explained it to the monks. The Sutra in Verse on the Noble Salu Sapling, composed by the Noble Nagarjuna, is completed. The Verse on the Noble Salu Sapling, Nagarjuna.
