May the one who possesses the conduct of omniscient wisdom, Adorn the glory of speech and throat, And in the non-abiding state of Nirvana, May you gradually progress with the steps of knowledge and compassion. With the four types of prophecies, And the four types of distinct and correct knowledge, May you ascend the path of the great transcendent perfection, To mount the great vehicle. May compassion and wisdom arise correctly, And all actions of body and speech without exception, Be non-returning for the sake of others, May all sentient beings become equal. Eating at the Tāmbola, Walking, Beneficial speech, Roads, Ascending vehicles, And actions. In all ways, free from obscurations, Endowed with the qualities of mindfulness and wisdom, Also for the sake of all sentient beings, May all sentient beings do good. These are the aspects of the doors of that and that's field of activity. The fragrance of the discipline of the unsurpassed Tathagata, The branch of enlightenment, the beautiful flower-covered branch, And adorned with the names of the good, May sentient beings desire the meaning of going. Of giving fragrance or incense, flowers, and ornaments. The sweet fragrance that dispels the suffering of cold and heat, The lord of the vast place in the direction like an umbrella, And by raising the banner of Dharma, adorning the direction, May sentient beings become very clear on the path. Of raising flowers, umbrellas, banners, and flags. By clearly illuminating wisdom, destroying darkness, And by burning the oil and trunk of sin, May those who have attained the near increase of the five eyes, May sentient beings become very clear like the Victorious One. The unsurpassed, unchanging Tathagata, Possessing fame and Good faith, pure speech, Transforming like the voice of Brahma, those great qualities, May sentient beings become equal to those who have gone to bliss. Of lighting lamps and burning praises. Walking is not continuous everywhere, All the great aspirations, Without interruption, surpassing loving-kindness, May you lie down more comfortably in a comfortable bed. With unblemished conduct in all places, That which follows other sentient beings, Self-nature, conduct, and field of activity, May sentient beings become like Buddhas. Of all aspirations, dwellings, and unblemished conduct. A concise summary of the meaning of the Sutra of Pure Conduct. The teacher, glorious Sound Monster.
