A Brief Explanation of the Meaning of the Sutra on the Pure Realm of Bodhisattva Conduct A Brief Explanation of the Meaning of the Sutra on the Pure Realm of Bodhisattva Conduct In Sanskrit: Bodhisattva Gochara Parishuddhi Sutra Artha Samgraha. In Tibetan: A Brief Explanation of the Meaning of the Sutra on the Pure Realm of Bodhisattva Conduct. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! All that is not a realm of conduct, by abandoning the non-realm of conduct as a realm of conduct, all realms of conduct become pure, I bow to the perfect Buddha. Wishing to purify the fields, in the continuums of oneself and others, the Bodhisattva thinks thus: May the respective realms of conduct be transformed. When first awakened from sleep, one should think thus: For the sake of increasing merit and wisdom, may I become wise without effort. May I be liberated from the sleep of carelessness, may the night of ignorance of beings be exhausted, like the rising of the sun of omniscience, may I possess the unsurpassed vision. Having fully awakened from sleep. When arising, having abandoned the place of cyclic existence of clinging to afflictions, just as the Tathagata attained, may I possess unsurpassed qualities such as strength and diligence. Having fully arisen from the place. With shame and embarrassment as clothing, and with the belt of love and compassion, may I, like the Buddhas, clothe all beings in unsurpassed garments. Having put on the lower garment. With the garment of great love and affection, wearing it like the Sugatas, may the limbs of all beings become perfectly equal in nature. Having put on the upper garment. May I enter into the unsurpassed Great Vehicle. May I gradually progress, departing from the chariots of gods and the chariots of Brahma, and so forth. Having not put on shoes. May all sentient beings at all times be able to open the great gate of the city of all good destinies, peace, and omniscience. Having opened the door. Having come out from the house of the great delusion of the three realms, desiring to clarify omniscience, may all the worlds definitely enter. Having come out from the house. From the precipice of the unfavorable states of disadvantage, the door of all beings, whatever non-virtue is done by Bodhisattvas and Buddhas,
