印度语:Bhavana Yoga Avatar(梵文天城体:भावनयोग अवतार,梵文罗马拟音:bhāvanāyoga avatāra,字面意思:禅修瑜伽入门)。

Entering into Yoga Meditation. Entering into Yoga Meditation. In Indian language: Bhavana Yoga Avatar (梵文天城体:भावनयोग अवतार,梵文罗马拟音:bhāvanāyoga avatāra,Literal meaning: Entering into Meditation Yoga). In Tibetan: Entering into Yoga Meditation. Homage to youthful Manjushri. By whose power, all obscurations are completely eliminated, those who wish to attain the Dharmakaya should thus generate Bodhicitta, and diligently cultivate Shamatha and Vipassana. If not, one will not attain the fruit of Dharmakaya from the absence of cause, therefore one should diligently cultivate them. Therefore, the basis for attaining all the Buddha's teachings is generating Bodhicitta. This is a great merit. The merit of Bodhicitta, if it had form, it would fill the entire expanse of space, it would be even greater than that. Thus it is said. Therefore, one must generate Bodhicitta. It has two aspects: conventional and ultimate. Among them, the conventional is to vow with immeasurable mind to liberate sentient beings from suffering, and for their benefit, may I become a Buddha, thus generating the mind initially. It should also be received from others according to the ritual. The ultimate Bodhicitta is inexpressible, immaculate, boundless, free from elaboration, unwavering, and separated from all appearances and non-appearances. After that, one should cultivate Shamatha, which is the nature of all Samadhis. As it is said: Like a body of golden color, the protector of the world is completely beautiful, whoever places their mind on that object, that Bodhisattva is called Samahita. Thus, the body of the Buddha is golden like pure gold, adorned with marks and signs, possessing radiance, generate desire for it, abandon desire and mental harm, sit upright, such a body, or a painting, place it in front, constantly remember it in your mind, that or other limbs, etc., will be able to be fully seen directly. When it becomes the object of focus, one should not be distracted even for half a day or night, and should make it stable. If the mind sinks or is agitated, etc., if there is doubt, one should rejoice by desiring the qualities of the Buddha, and thus be stable.

It should be done. Thus it will be accomplished. Then, one should cultivate vipassanā, the essence of all wisdom. How should it be done? By listening extensively. Why? Because vipassanā arises from the cause of pure view, which comes from listening and contemplation. As it is said, one should respectfully listen extensively to the Buddha's teachings, both definitive and provisional meanings, and through contemplation, gain unwavering conviction and eliminate doubts. If not, one will be bound by the net of doubt, like a traveler who has reached the edge of a cliff, not knowing where to go. Therefore, one should listen extensively. Then, do all that is most praiseworthy, eat moderately and appropriately, dispose of excrement and urine, spit and blow the nose. With great compassion, think: 'I will place all sentient beings in enlightenment.' And with body, speech, and mind, prostrate to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times. Sit comfortably on a cushion, relax, breathe evenly, dress properly, keep the body neither leaning forward nor backward, the eyes half-closed, and the teeth, saliva, and tongue in a natural state. Or, in whatever posture one abides, visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in front of oneself, and offer and praise them to the best of one's ability. Then, keep the previously visualized deity clearly in mind and focus on it. When the deity appears clearly, observe: From where does the deity come? Where does it go? By what does it abide? How does it abide? Then, understand that it comes from nowhere, and so on. The deity is emptiness by nature, beyond existence and non-existence, abiding free from all elaborations. Similarly, realize that all phenomena are not separate from what is conceptualized by one's own mind. Therefore, one should contemplate that all phenomena are without inherent existence in ultimate truth. Even the thought that 'there is no inherent existence whatsoever' should be abandoned by correct view. For such a state beyond existence and non-existence, one should meditate without any object of focus, with a wisdom that is also free from existence and non-existence. Therefore, one should constantly examine the mind with the mind, and even if the mind engages in an object of focus, one should let it settle naturally without any deliberate effort, so that one can clearly realize that very nature.
