Titled "Destroying Madhyamaka Misconceptions." Titled "Destroying Madhyamaka Misconceptions." In Indian language: Bhama Ghatama Dhyana Nama. In Tibetan: Titled "Destroying Madhyamaka Misconceptions." Homage to the noble Nagarjuna! By whom that very nature is not extremely examined, Not a name-consciousness, not a basis, Not indicative, not examined, not knowable, Without birth and death, and with bliss, Not a conceptualization, without appearance, Without characteristics and without clarifier, Not two, not without two, and not either, Peaceful and with wisdom entering, completely abandoned, Without letters, by letters, By compassion itself, the one who shows, The unerring teacher who speaks, To that one, I respectfully prostrate. By whom the two truths are known, To the conventional, which is like a dream, With compassion, not possessing attachment, I also prostrate to Nagarjuna. The Bhagavan said in the Mahayana: "That which is not seen is seeing that very nature." I will explain that meaning. This is like, for example, when the imbalance of faults such as wind, bile, phlegm, and combinations is very strong, to one afflicted with thick cataracts, unreal things such as strands of hair, flies, and mosquitoes constantly appear. That, by diligently using eye medicine that removes cataracts, well prepared by a skilled doctor, the power of the faults diminishes, and being free from cataracts, when the eyes are extremely clear and without impurities, the strands of hair and so on that were seen before do not appear. Likewise, when the wise yogi's eye of wisdom is obscured by the faults accumulated from beginningless time, afflictions and the obscurations of knowledge, the nature of things such as form, which are imputed by one's own conceptualization, and the basis of characteristics and characteristics, cause and effect, oneness and otherness, both natures, existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, complete defilement and complete purification, samsara and nirvana, and so on, the aspects of conceptualization, with countless differences, the things that have become different appear in various ways. By that, the nature of all phenomena, the nature of being without an object of focus, the eye of seeing emptiness, by diligently relying on it, desire.

When the gross dullness of great faults such as these is pacified, at the time when the non-conceptual wisdom of the All-Knowing One arises, knowing all dharmas in a single instant, one does not see anything, because the Buddha's eye is without obscuration and without hindrance, and all that is to be known is like placing a myrobalan fruit in the palm of one's hand. One sees in a single instant, and therefore one becomes perfectly enlightened in a single instant. One sees directly, free from conceptualization, and has attained the state of being without error. Furthermore, for example, in a dream while asleep, even though it does not exist, due to the power of sleep, one dreams of an excellent and pleasing maiden, her head adorned with beautiful tresses, young and with a sweet voice, speaking eloquently, and other women whose hair is blue and glossy, their heads adorned, their eyes like lotus petals, captivating and endowed with beauty, the radiance of their teeth clear, their faces pure and beautiful, their breasts round and full, their chests adorned with beautiful nipples, their bodies and limbs soft and beautiful, full of youthful vigor. And immeasurable palaces, beautifully decorated, with beautiful upper stories, immeasurable palaces with exquisite structures, beams intersecting, rows of pillars beautifully decorating the corridors and so forth, residences and mansions connected, closely linked inside and out, possessing upper stories and cities. And such things as gardens, fruits, and collections of flowering trees and shrubs, various kinds of animals roaming on the mountains, countless birds emitting sweet sounds, beautiful forests densely connected, possessing high peaks, and kings and so forth leading armies, many chariots, proud elephants, fine horses, and well-equipped soldiers displaying many banners, and when such things appear in a dream, one will have a true perception of everything. But when one awakens from sleep, one sees nothing, because the things that appeared in the dream are not real. Similarly, a yogi is also obscured by the sleep of ignorance that he did not previously understand.
