In that Buddha-field where I attain complete and perfect enlightenment, beings will not have the four diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm combined; thus, one should practice the six perfections. One should purify the Buddha-field. One should ripen sentient beings; thus, one should fully examine. Mañjuśrī, a bodhisattva-mahāsattva who practices in this way also perfects the six perfections and is very close to omniscience. Mañjuśrī, furthermore, when a bodhisattva-mahāsattva practices the six perfections, if he sees beings afflicted by the three afflictions, he should fully examine as follows: "In any way, in that Buddha-field where I attain complete and perfect enlightenment, beings will not have the three afflictions of desire, hatred, and ignorance, and all beings will be free from desire, free from hatred, and free from ignorance; thus, one should practice the six perfections. One should purify the Buddha-field. One should ripen sentient beings; thus, one should fully examine." Mañjuśrī, a bodhisattva-mahāsattva who practices in this way also perfects the six perfections and is very close to omniscience. Mañjuśrī, furthermore, when a bodhisattva-mahāsattva practices the six perfections, if he sees beings with little faith, he should fully examine as follows: "In any way, in that Buddha-field where I attain complete and perfect enlightenment, there will be no sound of the Śrāvakayāna, the Pratyekabuddhayāna, or the two vehicles, and all beings will correctly enter into omniscience; thus, one should practice the six perfections. One should purify the Buddha-field. One should ripen sentient beings; thus, one should practice.

When practicing the six perfections, one should thoroughly examine in this way: Just because some realms of the world become my Buddha-field, I should not attain the Unsurpassed Perfect Complete Enlightenment. It is imperative that when I attain the Unsurpassed Perfect Complete Enlightenment, as many realms of the world as there are sands in the Ganges River become a single Buddha-field; in this way, one should practice the six perfections. One should make the Buddha-field completely pure, and make sentient beings completely mature; one should thoroughly examine in this way. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices in this way also completely perfects the six perfections and is very close to the Omniscient Wisdom. Subhuti, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the six perfections, one should thoroughly examine in this way: Alas, this cycle of existence is so long! Alas, this realm of sentient beings is so boundless! Therefore, one should properly contemplate in this way: Alas, this cycle of existence is as limitless as the sky! Alas, this realm of sentient beings is as limitless as the sky, in which there is neither cyclic existence nor Nirvana. Otherwise, it is merely in the nomenclature of Dharma that sentient beings, cyclic existence, or Nirvana are designated as names; one should thoroughly examine in this way. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices in this way also perfects the six perfections and is close to the Omniscient Wisdom. Then, in that assembly, a woman named the Ganges Goddess, who was gathered and seated there, arose from her seat, draped her upper garment over one shoulder, planted her right knee on the ground, and, with her palms joined, bowed towards where the Blessed One was, and said this to the Blessed One: Blessed One, I too will perfect the six perfections, and in this Prajnaparamita spoken by the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha,
