Method of Accomplishing the Yaksha King. Garab Dorje. Method of Accomplishing the Yaksha King. Garab Dorje. In Sanskrit: Yaksha rajasādhanam. In Tibetan: Method of Accomplishing the Yaksha King. Homage to glorious Vajrapani. Homage to the great power of protection, the very nature of pure primordial wisdom. In order to accomplish the needs of the holder of the sacred teachings, I shall write the method of accomplishing the lord of all yakshas. In a secluded and delightful place, confess sins and purify karmic debts. Then, accomplish any action of benefit or harm, and cultivate it as one's own. On a one-cubit platform, draw a jeweled palace. Within it, draw the king with a red-black body. In his right hand, a red spear or staff. In his left hand, a treasure bag. On the topknot of his head, there is a jewel. He sits on a seat of lions and clouds. His hands and feet are adorned with strings of jewels. His right arm ornament is adorned with jewels and a lion skull. To his right and left are conch shells, vases, three ears, large ears, yellow-green, red-green, green-black, white-green, with bulging bellies, holding red spears, and banners, spears, staffs, and mongooses. In front, there is a consort similar to the king, with her right hand holding a vase, and her legs extended and bent. Such a well-drawn image should be enshrined. Above it, place a yellow silk or brocade umbrella, a red silk curtain, a white victory banner, and draw green and blue flags. Arrange incense and garlands of flowers, etc. Then, on a fragrant surface, arrange offering water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, and torma. On a one-cubit torma, use a clean bamboo stick as a pillar, with the top decorated with citraka and cashew. Below that, draw the banner of the makara. Below that, place five kinds of jewels, five kinds of incense, brocade, silk, tiger skin, and a ram's wool mirror. On top of that, place brown sugar, honey, various medicines, butter and curd, the hearts of sheep and yaks, and various riches, placing them directly in front. Next to it, place wine filled with jewels. Then, facing north, sit on a cushion, and generate oneself as the body, speech, and mind of Vajrapani. Bless the offerings.

Then, bless the offerings, such as incense, extensively with their respective mantras. Transform the wealth of the supports entirely into "Swa (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)", making the supports numerous and beautiful. Transform the alcohol entirely into "Ah (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)", making it nectar. Then, complete your own offerings and praises, etc. Then, to please the Dharma protectors with joy, engage in recitation and enter into it: Om Sarva Deva Mandala Ye JAH HUM BAM HOH (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Ema Ho Sana Kaga Nanta Pakare SLEH JAH HUM BAM HOH Samaya SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! This means to recite during the offering. From the HUM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) in the heart, light like sunshine emanates and dissolves into the king's heart. Thus, the Dharma protector's mind moves as before, and visualize it dissolving separately into the precious throne, the precious palace, and yourself with the power of a lion, and then recite the emptiness mantra. Then offer the offerings, offering them with the root mantra added: Om Niri Te HUM KHAM (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! In the mouth. Om Vajra Puspe HUM SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Flowers on the crown of the head. Om Vajra Dhupe HUM SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Incense in the heart. Om Vajra Dipe HUM SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Lamp behind the back. Om Vajra Gandhe HUM SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Scented water in front. Om Vajra Naividye HUM SWAHA (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Food in the hand. Holding the offerings, recite the words of the mantra. Transform your body into as many particles as there are in a field, confessing all faults, and transform even one object into filling the world. Purify faults and pray with words that are in accordance. Then praise and urge: In the past, before Vajrapani, as you promised to protect the Dharma, the embodiment of body, speech, and mind, for the yogi with bodhicitta, the many harms and obstacles, the powerful great king and queen, and the yaksha men and women, the eight classes, as you were entrusted to protect the teachings, with countless miracles, turn all harm into sweat. If you do not strive in the work of the vow, then you will betray the mind of all Buddhas, and your own bodhicitta will become an enemy. Remember this and do the work! Recite thus, and offer the nectar into the mouth with the root mantra of the vow. Then, visualize the mind dissolving into the mouth of the mantra, take your own vow from your heart, and dissolve it into yourself.
