After properly preparing the torma, invite with the four letters "ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: जः हुं बं होः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Zha Hum Bang Huo), then hook, settle, bind, and please, and recite this heart mantra. Mantra: TADYATHĀ. OṂ TA THĀGATO BHAGAṆ NĀGA RĀJEŚVARA ADHIṢṬHĀNA ADHIṢṬHITE SVĀHĀ. (Mantra). Reciting eleven hundred million times will exhaust all leprosy and karma that is certain to be experienced. In two vases, one should be filled with the image of the Blessed One (Bhagavan) and his retinue, jewels, and various grains. In the other, insert the image of the son of Naga Wealth Increase, surrounded by the eight great nagas, and decorate it well with various jewels, various naga medicines, and various grains. Place the two vases on top of two mandalas of eight lotus petals, fill them with the milk of two red cows, and offer them with one hundred and eight umbrellas, one hundred and eight five-colored banners, black agarwood incense, white sandalwood, and various incenses, flowers, lamps, offerings, and various musical instruments. One will enjoy common wealth. If one recites the heart mantra continuously for seven days, one will be free from all poverty. There will be no danger of hail, frost, and lightning. Place the vase of the naga below the two vases, and place the vase of the Blessed One above, and then bury it as a treasure in the east of the house, and one will be free from the suffering of poverty. One will be free from all harm from nagas. All the men and women of that household will prosper. Rainmaking should be done in an unshaded place. To stop rain, the flowers offered to the Blessed One should be burned as offerings. If one wants to extract underground treasures, one should pray for a dream before the image of the Blessed One. Make three tormas, one to offer to the Blessed One (Bhagavan). The second is for the guardians of the world. The third is to give to the nagas. Then the completion stage should be learned from the guru. Then ask them to return. In between sessions, recite the twenty names of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, Naga Lord, King of Freedom.
