Then, the Bhagavati Secret Sovereign Mother, the great sovereign of the goddesses and their retinues, the great secret, the great illusion, the great sovereign, who gathers the three worlds and then spreads them out again into the three worlds. This is the mother of the secret ones, renowned as the great illusion, who frightens the three worlds, obtaining this vidya-mantra, one obtains great sovereignty. Merely by knowing, the practitioner, by the sovereign vidya-mantra, all the hosts of gods, as well as yakshas, asuras, humans, vidyadharas, flesh-eaters, rakshasas, those who seek, humans or non-humans, all these, one can subdue all the bhutas, as well as lotuses and those born in the fields. This vidya-mantra performs great wonders, like an eye-trick, likewise it causes bewilderment and stiffness, likewise it dispels various angers, it subdues and stupefies, countless wonders of all kinds, by reciting this vidya-mantra it will be accomplished, the speech of the practitioner will also be accomplished. There is no recitation, no asceticism, no need to accomplish it with fasting vows and rituals. The goddess spoke to the truthful ones, without afflictions, accomplishment will occur. Your mantra is a great illusion, it accomplishes all things in the three worlds. It is well explained as the great yogini.
