Spread out a painted cloth of the Blessed Mother, etc., and offer external offerings. In one's own heart, visualize the light of the immaculate mother's full moon, and from the first vowel arises the moon of the mind. Then, write its seed syllable. The fourth of the warm ones resides above the fire letter, perfectly united with the letter "ཨཱཱི". Adorned by two skies. The rays of its mind purify beings, cleansing the elements together, going to the mountain of Kurukulle. By that true urging, summon Tara and bring her forth. For that seed syllable, with great offerings, the wise should spread clouds of offerings. Like flowers and incense, lamps, fragrances, and various foods, with charming maidens, garlands, singers, dances, and music, etc., offer worship. I take refuge in the Three Jewels, confess all sins separately, rejoice in the virtues of beings, and hold the enlightenment of the Buddha in mind. Recite this mantra three times, then ask for forgiveness. With this verse: Whatever small misdeeds I have done due to my foolish mind, because you are the refuge of all sentient beings, please, goddess, forgive me. Abiding in the heart of love, again firmly bind to it, truly generate the heart of compassion, let the heart of joy flow. Outwardly, maintain equanimity, in all aspects abide in mind-only, the mind should be emptiness, abandoning self and others. Having burned with the fire of emptiness, the five aggregates will no longer arise. From the bottomless ocean of existence, how shall I escape? With such a wish, generate compassion. Abandoning the clinging to the emptiness of mind itself, In the self-nature of all dharmadhatu, With the mind of generating Bodhicitta, Pray for the blessings of the Buddhas in the sky, Transforming into the seed syllable of a lotus. The lotus is the form of the moon, Truly arising from the vowel A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). From the bliss of the moon, the seed syllable arises. From it, light rays emanate. In that purified form, Contemplate all the world realms without exception. In that nature of complete purification, With light, invite countless Buddhas. Having merged, contemplate the lotus. By this, transform into Tara. Body color red, with four arms. Residing on a red lotus seat. Adorned with auspicious red silk. With red earrings and headdress. The right hand in the gesture of fearlessness, And the other holding an arrow. In the left hand, a bow, and the second hand Holds a red lotus. The principal deity of Kurukulle. With a headdress of Aro-li-ka. Residing above Rahu, On a seat together with the wife of the desire god. Endowed with all arts. She sits in the vajra posture. Endowed with all perfect ornaments. One should contemplate the Bhagavati. Upon the complete Samaya-sattva, Invite the wisdom wheel. Perfect in an instant, The wisdom wheel resides in front. With this ཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jah, Literal meaning: Descend) ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Hoḥ), Attract, merge, bind, and please.
