The Sadhana of Kurukulle Originating from Oddiyana. The Sadhana of Kurukulle Originating from Oddiyana. In Sanskrit: Oḍiyāna Vinirāgatā Kurukulle Sādhanam. In Tibetan: The Sadhana of Kurukulle Originating from Oddiyana. Homage to the Holy Kurukulle! First, before meditating for a while, anoint one direction of the ground with five fragrant scents. One who is endowed with asceticism and has a joyful mind, sits comfortably on a comfortable seat, and enters into meditation. Then, visualize in your own heart the syllable "Ram" (རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanization: raṃ, meaning: fire) transformed from a burning sun disc, becoming a garland of flames. In its center, visualize the red syllable "Hrih" (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanization: hrīḥ, meaning: great compassion). Then, the net of light emanating from the syllable "Hrih" illuminates the realms of all sentient beings dwelling in the ten directions, and transforms them into the form of glorious Kurukulle. Returning again and entering into it, similarly meditate on the net of light. Then, visualize in the sky in front, appearing as a sixteen-year-old, with burning hair blazing upwards, adorned with a skull crown, seated upon a corpse. Adorned with a garland of heads as a necklace, residing in a posture of half-lotus dance. The face slightly smiling, baring fangs, the tongue moving slightly. Adorned with wheels, earrings, necklaces, armlets, a belt, and anklets. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth. Three moving, red, and round eyes gazing to the left. With the crown ornament of Amitabha. The four hands, the two main hands holding a bow made of red flowers, and an arrow made of a red উৎপala flower, drawing the arrow to the ear. The remaining two hands holding an iron hook made of red flowers and a red উৎপala flower respectively. For the purpose of offering to this deity, offer the five proximate offerings arising from the syllable "Hrih" in the sun disc in one's own heart, namely flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, and food, etc. After offering, the yogi endowed with supreme compassion respectfully bows down, prostrating with body and so on. Then confess one's own sins, and whatever one has done, caused to be done, and whatever others have done.

After that, all the rejoicing that has been done should be confessed before the Blessed Mother. After that, in order to liberate the sentient beings who have fallen into the ocean of samsara, the mind of enlightenment, which is the nature [of liberation], should be taken. Then, the four immeasurable abodes should be meditated upon. After that, emptiness should be meditated upon, and it should be blessed with this mantra: oṃ śūnyatājñānavajra svabhāvātmakoham Om, emptiness-wisdom-vajra, nature-self-essence). With this, the mind is blessed. After that, in the direction of the sky, the syllable raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:fire) is completely transformed into a solar disc that blazes and radiates. Above that, the black syllable hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) is completely transformed into various vajras. Meditate on the enclosure and the tent, and the vajra-nature ground. This is the protection wheel. In the center of that, meditate on the dharma-arising in the form of the syllable e (藏文:ཨེ,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:e), beautiful and with the form of wisdom, white in color. In the center of that, from the red syllable hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) arises a red lotus with eight petals. Above that, on the pericarp, the syllable raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:fire) is completely transformed into the sun. Above that is ra Again, above that is the full white moon, the essence of the thirty-two marks. Above that, again, is the solar disc with the eighty excellent signs, red in color. In the center of that, the red syllable hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) is completely transformed, and one should meditate that one's own mind is completely absorbed into the shaft of the arrow with the red utpala flower. From the outside, the sun and moon become one taste, and one should meditate on oneself as the form of Kurukulle as before. In one's own heart, meditate on the circle of fish from the syllable raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:fire), and again meditate on hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) at its center. With the rays of light that arise from that, invite the Protector Amitābha, and after properly offering with offerings including the secret ones, one should request empowerment. One should make the request with this: "Protector Amitābha, please grant me empowerment." Then, one should visualize that the Protector Amitābha emanates five vases filled with five nectars from his heart. Then, those five vases completely filled with the five kinds of nectar
