I abide on the moon disc in the vajra posture. Meditate on oneself as the embodiment of the wisdom essence of all Tathagatas, the form of Manjushri. Thus, the yogi, possessing the pride of the samaya-sattva, visualizes in his own heart an eight-spoked wheel born from the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), radiating beams of light, destroying all ignorance, and rapidly rotating to the right. Above that, in space, from the first vowel arises a moon disc. Above that, the five letters in order, like the form of a burning lamp, with rays of light cutting off all ignorance, should be meditated upon according to the guru's instructions. From the complete form of the deity, the mantra practitioner should be without laziness, performing joy and so forth, and reciting. Alternatively, in the center of the moon in the heart, visualize the complete form of the white letter A, called Arapacana (Tibetan: ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ र प च न, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a ra pa ca na, Chinese literal meaning: Arapacana), white, adorned with all ornaments, abiding single-pointedly in the meditation of joy, abiding in the vajra posture, the right and left hands holding a sword and a book, possessing five locks of hair like Indranila jewels, the moon-like face radiating light, like the moon, the supreme of speech. On the moon disc, meditate on one's own seed syllable in the heart. In front of that, visualize the net-like light arising from the white letter Ra (Tibetan: ར, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ra, Chinese literal meaning: Ra), one's own seed syllable abiding. After that, in the back, visualize the moonlight arising from the white letter Pa (Tibetan: པ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: pa, Chinese literal meaning: Pa), one's own heart's moon possessing the seed syllable. Then, on the right, visualize the white-haired mother arising from the white letter Ca (Tibetan: ཙ, Sanskrit Devanagari: च, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ca, Chinese literal meaning: Ca), white, adorned with all ornaments, with full breasts, possessing one's own heart's seed syllable. Then, on the left, visualize the near-haired mother arising from the white letter Na (Tibetan: ན, Sanskrit Devanagari: न, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: na, Chinese literal meaning: Na), arising from one's own heart's moon, possessing the seed syllable. All should be visualized as being like Arapacana. These hosts of deities, radiating and gathering the light from the seed syllable in the heart, cutting off the ignorance of beings, with the nectar of Dharma, all treatises, and hosts of crafts, repeatedly and truly satisfying all sentient beings, meditate on oneself as the nature of being stainless and unobstructed. According to the guru's instructions.

One should practice samadhi and recite mantras. Begin with the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:Om), place the five seed syllables in the center, and then add the mantra after the seed syllable of the Samaya-sattva. When one wishes to arise, one should recite one's own mantra with the guru's oral instructions. After that, one should recite the verses of the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:Om) Vajrasattva samaya, manupalaya, Vajrasattva tvenopa, Tistha dridho me bhava, Sutoshayo me bhava, Suposhayo me bhava, Anurakto me bhava, Sarva siddhi mem prayaccha, Sarva karma suca me, Cittam shriyam kuru hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Haha Haha Ho, Bhagavan sarva tathagata, Vajra ma me munca, Vajri bhava maha samaya sattva Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah)! After reciting this Hundred Syllable Mantra, perform the expanding and contracting, etc., and with the pride of the Samaya- sattva, abide in a comfortable state.
