仅仅是，将堕入罪恶之地的众生救出，必定安置于善逝之道，使之成熟解脱。以自己的仪轨摄持而行，瞬间思维。如果疲劳，则摄集于心间种子字的中央，执持誓言种子字和自性种子字的咒语之王而念诵。此后，以自身鲜花等近事供养，并向一切众生施予如其所宜的食子，作祈愿和随喜，以及完全回向，念诵三字咒，将四位天女摄集于心间种子字而起立，安住于舒适之处。第二和第三座间，从心间种子字中，四位天女融入气息，如前仪轨而行。第四座间，如前行事，以“嗡 啊 班匝 穆 (Oṃ āḥ vajra muḥ)”迎请智慧勇识，将天女融入自己的心间种子字，如所愿而安住。睡眠之时，显现胜义谛之心而睡眠。咒师因早先祈愿的力量而醒来，起身如是而行。世间自在的修法完毕。 吉祥世间怙主的修法。

Merely, rescuing sentient beings who have fallen into the realm of sin, and definitely placing them on the path of the Sugata, causing them to ripen and be liberated. Perform by gathering with one's own ritual. Think momentarily. If tired, gather into the center of the heart's seed syllable. Hold the king of mantras of the samaya seed syllable and the nature seed syllable and recite. After that, manifestly offer with personal flowers and other offerings. Bestow torma according to what is suitable to all beings. Also make aspirations, rejoice, and completely dedicate. Recite the mantra of three syllables. Gather the four goddesses into the heart's seed syllable, arise, and abide in comfort. In the intervals of the second and third sessions, the four goddesses enter the breath from the heart's seed syllable, and act as in the previous ritual. In the fourth session, act as before, and with "Oṃ āḥ vajra muḥ," invite the wisdom being to depart, place the goddess into the seed syllable of one's own heart, and abide as desired. At the time of sleep, manifest the ultimate mind and sleep. The mantra practitioner awakens early through the power of aspiration, rises, and acts accordingly. The practice of Lokeshvara is complete.
