The Sadhana of Amoghapasha Lokeshvara The Sadhana of Amoghapasha Lokeshvara In Indian language: Amoghapasha Lokeshvara Sadhanam. In Tibetan language: The Sadhana of Amoghapasha Lokeshvara. Homage to the Bhagavan Amoghapasha! The Lord of the World, peaceful and white, the ocean of qualities, accomplishing the meaning. Having paid homage, the method of accomplishment, I will write a little for the sake of realizing oneself. Thereupon, first, for a moment, with the mantra, with a mind of peace and only compassion, one must definitely look upon the beings who have fallen into the abode of the crocodile of all sufferings. Having extracted them, placing them in a state of happiness, I shall protect them with the fruit of meaning, with firm determination, in a direction adorned with water, flowers, and fruits, such as mountains and rocks, sitting on a clean seat and so forth. Om cara cara, ciri ciri, curu curu, mara mara, miri miri, muru muru, maha karunika sarva vighnan hum phat. With this, one should perform cleansing and scattering. Om jaya jaya svaha. Om jaya vijaya svaha. With this, one should dispel obstacles from the places of body, speech, and mind. Saying Om acala viraya svaha, having made a mandala with good fragrances such as sandalwood, one should look at the white HRIH syllable in the image of the moon in one's heart. One should invite the seat with its rays, saying Om vara pradaya svaha, urging from the glorious Potalaka mountain. Om sara sara hulu hulu bhagavan dhara dhara samaya manu smara hum ha svaha. With these words, the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara, who holds hands and so forth, in front of him, offer the offering of water with Om hrih ha hum svaha, and having truly offered with the distinction of offerings of the nature of mind, such as flowers, Om dada hum ha pushpam svaha. Om dhuna dhuna matha matha haha hum dhupam svaha. Om ram dirgha hrih dirgha hri hum dipam svaha. Om kara kara kuru kuru hehe gandham svaha. Om vara vara daya gehe hri hum naivedyam svaha. Meditating on the earth, for the sake of the abode of all moving and unmoving beings, and also pervading the birth and my own body with the rays of my own seed syllable. Om, the nature of emptiness-wisdom-vajra is myself)", bless one's own mind. Om Vimala Udaya Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་བི་མ་ལ་ཨུ་ད་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ།) is the ocean. Om Ratna Atala Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཏྣ་ཨ་ཙ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ།) is arising, on top of the jewel mountain. By reciting "Om Kamala Be Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཀ་མ་ལ་བེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)", well combine the lotus, and by this "Om Amitodbhava Ya Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་མི་ཏོཏྦྷ་བཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)" may the bodhicitta melt. On its essence, the nature of Ali and Kali etc., the moon and sun are well combined, from the white Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) syllable arises the lotus. Bless it with the collection of rays of its seed syllable, and it becomes a lotus seedpod. All of these become one, and from the order of the five wisdoms, arises the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara, the powerful Amoghapasha, white like an autumn cloud, adorned with a crown of matted hair and Amitabha on the head. Adorned with white ornaments for offering, having a peaceful demeanor, possessing peaceful ornaments, one face, twelve hands, blazing with light. Among them, the first of the right hands is bestowing supreme, the second is the gesture of prostrating to the Buddha and drawing out treasures, the third holds a white jewel rosary, the fourth holds an arrow, the fifth holds a fire wheel, the sixth holds a vine of various jewels. The first of the left hands holds a red lotus, the second is Mount Meru. The third holds a trident, the fourth holds a bow, the fifth holds a gold ball, the sixth holds a lasso tied with unfailing fruit. In the cave of the jewel mountain, on various lotuses and the moon, the self-nature abiding with feet placed evenly is manifested. Or there are ten hands. Among them, the right hands are bestowing supreme, trident, jewel rosary, arrow, and iron hook. The left hands hold a red lotus, Mount Meru, a gold ball, a lasso, and a bow. Or there are six hands. The right hands are bestowing supreme, trident, and jewel rosary. The left hands hold a red lotus, a lasso, and a gold ball. Or if one wishes to meditate on four hands, the right hand is bestowing supreme.
