The ten syllables of ེ་ལ་ are: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Ture, Svaha). Similarly, one should also understand the blessing and empowerment of body, speech, and mind, the yoga of bindu and subtle energies, recitation, and so on. All Buddhas pay homage, merely reciting accomplishes, this supreme mantra's chief deity, is explained in the divine substance Vajra Tent. The actions for this are as follows: with this mantra, starting from the collar of the upper garment, recite seven times manifestly, and even if one goes forth with a knot tied, one will not be afraid of anything. Tigers, thieves, crocodiles, lions, snakes, those with fangs, buffaloes, bears, Bamen, horses, and so on, can also be destroyed and made to perish. Depict an image of the one-faced, two-armed Tara holding an iron hook, a lasso, and an utpala flower in her hands. Then, in front of her, make offerings with divine flowers and other substances. After five thousand times, it will come to pass. Bind the neck with the lasso, pierce thoroughly with the iron hook, and entwine the feet with the utpala flower. Meditate on the one to be subdued, drawn from nearby, beneath the feet, and enjoy him as a servant. Then, in other rituals, praise the Tara's mantra seven times and rub one's own eyes. If one enters the palace of a king, the king will show respect and so on, and will be completely controlled. Then, in other rituals, recite the Tara's mantra hundreds of times and turn the poisonous two-headed snake into ashes. Take butter from a red cow, make a wick from the cotton of the sun tree, light it, and apply eye ointment. Anoint the eye ointment well with the Vajra Sun and fumigate it with the dung of a fine horse. Mix these with ashes and apply them to the eyes. If the one seen by the Vajra Eye, even if he is the Lord of the Lotus Dance, is not captivated, then at that time I am not Tara, and all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will have been deceived. Then, in other rituals, praise the mantra seven times over the worms in the belly, combine them with the Vajra Dharma, and give them tambula. When the throat is sore, this supreme yogi will not depart and will not engage in sexual relations with his own wife. Then, there are other rituals as well. Take the tongue of a toothless young child, praise it seven times with the Tara's mantra, mix it with bhringaraja and calamus, and make a tilaka on the forehead. Whoever sees it will be controlled. Then, in other rituals, anoint oneself all over with a large amount of oil. Combined with meditation, recite the Tara's mantra ten thousand times. Another method is that at the time when the moon is seized by Rahu, reciting the dharani of Tara and going ahead, the one with worldly power and the light of a conch shell that arises from that, whoever it is given to, that person will be followed by it within five days. Another method is to bless a fruit one hundred and eight times with the dharani of Tara, and whoever that fruit is smeared on together with Hayagriva, that person will be controlled. There is also another method: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Che-ge-mo'i 'ching Bgrol Bar Mdzod Svaha.
