Homage to the Bhagavati Separately Following, who fulfills the wishes of all beings. Reverently following the sutras, I will describe the characteristics of the wheel that protects the body, as taught by the Victorious Ones. First, when the sun sets on an auspicious day with good constellations, in a clean and pleasing place, smear with urine. Draw a banner with four qualities, and construct a mandala with white powder. In the center of the eight-petaled lotus, including the heart and pistil, is the symbol of the wheel. The interior and exterior should be surrounded by a chain of wheels. Then, in the directions, place five vases free from defects such as blackness, filled with fragrant water, with necks wrapped in fine cloth, with mango leaves, and filled with five fruits and five kinds of wood. The fifth is in the center of the mandala. On top of these, place bowls of milk porridge. Place milk in the east, honey in the south, sugar in the west, and butter in the north, each filling a bowl. Place four bowls filled with fragrant water in the corners. Outside of that, in the four directions, erect acacia stakes about eight fingers high, completely soaked in red sandalwood, and bound with red thread, and fix them with mustard seeds and mantras such as Om Gha Gha Ghata. Wrap them with thread spun by a young girl. Offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, offerings, and pour water. The master, who knows mantras, should be calm, diligent in recitation, cleansed by bathing, and close to fasting, should recite the mantra of Separately Following one hundred thousand times. Wrap with (something). By entering the mind of love and compassion, facing east, sit near a clean and soft cushion. With the pride of one's own deity, offer the torma to the guardians of the directions, and then recite the verses of the great torma. On the base of the mani, place gorochana, saffron, camphor, sandalwood, and myrobalan on white cloth or absorbent material. Make a wheel with the sprouts of calamus and myrobalan. In the center of that wheel, write the seed syllable པཾ་ (པཾ, pam, Pam) surrounded by eight ཧཱུཾ་ (ཧཱུཾ, hūṃ, Hum) syllables. On the third margin, write ཨོཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནཱ་ཤ་ནི་ཏྲཱ་ས་ནི་ཏྲཱ་ས་ནི། ཏྲཱ་ས་ཡ་ཏྲཱ་ས་ཡ། ཏྲཱ་ས་ཡ་བི་ཀུ་ཊི་བཻ་ཊ་ཏ་ཤེ་ཏེ་ཤེ་ཏེ། ཛ་ཏ་ནི་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ bhaya nāśani trāsa ni trāsa ni trāsaya trāsaya trāsaya vikuṭi vaiṭa ta śete śete jatani che-ge-mo puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā). On the fourth margin, draw four lotus petals as desired, and in between them, draw four three-pronged vajras. On the lotuses, write the seed syllable པྲཾ་ (པྲཾ, praṃ, Pram) surrounded by eight ཧཱུཾ་ (ཧཱུཾ, hūṃ, Hum) syllables. In the center of that, write ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་དྷ་རི་བཛྲི་ཎི་མ་ཧཱ་པྲ་ཏི་སཱ་རེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ maṇi dhari vajriṇi mahā pratīsāre hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā). Outside the eastern lotus, write ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་བི་ལོ་ཀི་ནི་གརྦ་སཾ་རཀྵ་ནི་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ནི་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ལ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ amṛta vilokini garbha saṃrakṣaṇi ākarṣaṇi che-ge-mo la rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā). Outside the southern lotus, write ཨོཾ་བྷཱ་ར་བྷཱ་ར། སཾ་བྷཱ་ར་སཾ་བྷཱ་ར་ཨིནྡྲ་ཡ་བ་ལ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནེ་རུ་ རུ་ཙ་ལེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ bhāra bhāra saṃbhāra saṃbhāra indraya bala viśodhana ru rucale hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā). Outside the western lotus, write ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་བ་རེ་བ་རེ་པྲ་བ་ར་བི་ཤུདྡྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ amṛte amṛte vare vare pravara viśuddha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā). Outside the northern lotus, write ཨོཾ་བི་ཕུ་ལ་བི་མ་ལ་ཛ་ཡ་བ་རེ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (oṃ vipula vimala jaya vare amṛte hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā).
