Joy and anger do not arise. The rain cover is great compassion, because it discerns the meaning of the Tathagata's discipline lineage, those who are mature, those who are not mature, and those who are now mature, and for the benefit of the world, the Tathagata's Dharmakaya completely and truly holds in the distinctions of time, this is the nature of the stupa. Other than that, there are also stone pillars, stairs, crocodile banners, flower garlands, world protectors, bells, umbrellas, moons, silk ribbons, banners, etc., which are offerings that descend as conditions for the Tathagata's Dharmakaya. Among them, the stone pillars indicate the four fearlessnesses, namely: thus showing the exhaustion of outflows, the perfectly complete Buddha, the reversed showing of the obstructing dharmas, and the non-reversed showing of the path of liberation. The stairs indicate the four protections, namely: thus the deeds of the body are completely pure, the deeds of speech are completely pure, the deeds of mind are completely pure, and the livelihood is completely pure. The crocodile banners indicate the destruction of the banners of demons, namely: thus destroying the demons of the gods, the demons of afflictions, the demons of aggregates, and the demons of the Lord of Death. The flower garlands indicate the supreme aggregate of morality. The world protectors explain the four noble truths, indicating benefit to the four continents. Namely: thus benefiting ordinary beings, benefiting stream-enterers, benefiting once-returners, and benefiting non-returners. The bells indicate the Brahma sound, because the Tathagata in a short time fills the Brahma world of the three thousand great thousand worlds with the sound of the Dharma. The umbrella indicates becoming the crown of all beings, the Tathagata becomes the supreme of beings such as footless, two-footed, many-footed, formful, and formless beings. The moon indicates
