In Tibetan: Sadhana of the First Buddha Called Jampal Yeshe Sempa. Homage to the Noble Jampal Yeshe Sempa! The first, the middle, and the end are all Buddhas. Free from the defilements of existence. The body is pure by its very nature. Having bowed to the first Buddha. From the essential condensed name tantra. This sadhana of the five wisdoms. For the sake of abandoning the delusion of ignorance. I write to clarify the sadhana of speech. In a pleasing dwelling place. Sit comfortably on a comfortable seat.
